We already frequented the North side store but live on the west end so were super excited about this location opening! Beautiful store, everything was so well organized.They gave away goodie bags on opening day which had lots of great stuff in it!

I spend a lot of time looking for good quality products for my puppy Stella. I’m a usual customer at the North location but decided to check out the West. I was pleasantly surprised with the new location. They seem to have a variety of options the other store doesn’t have. Georgia has been an amazing and welcoming employee the two times I’ve been there. Justine has been extremely helpful with showing me around the store and suggesting quality supplements. Would recommend this location to anyone looking for good quality products for their pets.

We're so happy there's a location in West Edmonton now! This is a great place to shop for pet food and toys. Nice clean store, quality products and excellent customer service. The employees actually seem to enjoy working there and it shows in the customer service. The biggest downside is that they don't have the dental food we like to get occasionally.

These places really need to train their staff on the raw food products they carry. When I ask questions about these products I expect to get an informed response, not someone who rolls their eyes and has no idea what they are talking about and basically lies in order to try and sell me the product, they know zero about. Managers of these locations need to step up and have the makers of these products come to the stores and educate their staff so that they can answer the questions that arise. Case in point, there were 3 of us standing listening to the young lady try and make herself sound like she knew what she was talking about when she truly had no clue, while in the aisle behind us 2 other store employees were chatting about the manager and how much of an a$$hole they are, very entertaining actually...

Amazing selection, and outstanding staff! They’re knowledgeable and are always so happy to help! The store is bright and welcoming, the bulk centre piece is a unique touch as well.This location is so convenient being close to West Edmonton Mall and the parking lot makes it all the better! It is SO worth the trip!

I just went and checked out this unique pet store, it was so much fun! For the grand opening, they had a goodie bag with at least $50 worth of loot for the first 100 customers or so. The staff were super friendly, consistently asking if I needed help which was helpful, because I found some pretty good products that I didn't even know about. And the amount of selection of treats and toys was crazy! they have a bulk section for treats. 10/10 would recommend this pet store!

Very nice, clean store with ample parking. There are other pet stores selling similar items at the same or slightly lower prices but overall the friendly, and knowledgeable staff rate this store five stars. Joining their club gets you 10% off on the first Tuesday of each month.

This huge new store is absolutely beautiful. They have a massive selection of products in every aspect. The prices are competitive and there’s always a lots of sales. Staff are friendly & helpful. Lots of unique products that I’ve never seen before. Definitely making this my go to pet store!
