LTC Downtown Information Office

Your website says your open until 6pm on Saturday so I made the trip downtown to renew a bus pass and your place was closed. 5:30 pm. Sign on door says closed on Sat and Sun. Called the help line to see where I can go to get a renewal and the help line is closed. Good ole London Rocket. Buses 1/2 hr to 1 hr apart, not on time at the stops, conflicting info all the time. The only plus I can think of about this business is that it beats walking across London everyday. No wonder ridership is so low.

The busses are late pretty much every day and over half the drivers are distracted when on the job.Honestly just matter of time until the city rebrands its bus services and finds better drivers.

went for help with a lost pass and instead of helping me out they just tried to get me to buy a new pass. y'all are never any help to anyone. public service? you only service yourselves.

Driver simply said there was lots of traffic when I asked why he was so late. Shrugged when I said I was waiting for half an hour. Always rude. People rely on this service to get to work, have a little respect for your customers.

The bus service in London is phenomenal. One of the drivers I had stopped in the middle of the street, got out of the bus, and everyone was alarmed.He rescued a squirrel and brought it to safety. Everyone gave him an applause.

London Transit is the worst bus system I've ridden on. Bus drivers are always running late or going through really early. Drivers can see people running to get the bus and the drivers just keep going. I've seen many drivers stop to stare at their phone when the route is already behind. People rely on transit to get to work bur LTC makes it nearly impossible to get anywhere on time. Get it together LTC!!!!!!!!

Some bus drivers are new. Some of the newer bus drivers are not as friendly or polite as the older bus drivers. They also don't know what they're doing, which means they think they can take off on people or drive right past them when said people are not wearing orange, standing ram rod straight, and right up against the bus stop sign. But this is not true of everyone.Overall, many of the new bus drivers, and certainly most or all of the bus drivers who have been around longer than others have been decent and thoughtful. This is a day and age where good customer service and human relations are rare, so I am always pleased when someone goes the extra mile. People who ride the bus should be considerate of the driver. Some of them are some of my favourite people.

The 93 bus arriving at Byron and Wharncliffe was supposed to arrive at about 5:50pm but it arrived after 6:15pm. The blond bus driver kept stopping for no reason several times. Not to pick anyone up, not for a normal break and not because of traffic. Her lackadaisical and unprofessional conduct caused us to miss the bus to Exeter and delayed us until tomorrow. I am furious as is my boyfriend, it is outrageous and frankly if I were their boss I would be embarrassed. That driver ought to be fired asap.

LTC office is in downtown area of London .It’s in between Richmond and dundas street .The lady at the counter was so helpful to answer all the questions and requests .Great service !!

I drive, but my car battery died and I was grumpy, but the staff were still extremely helpful and patient with me. They shared my pain while informing me in a clear and straightforward manner. Better than GPS. Great job.
