I have very different dining experiences here. If you do dine-in, especially during the Happy Hours (2-6pm and after 9pm everyday), you will find amazing values for delicious foods. Crab cakes, lobster roll and Wagyu beef dip are my favorites.However, I've also done take-out numerous times, and it's very inconsistent. Sometimes it's good as expected, but I've also had missing orders, undercooked Master Chicken, fridge-cold sushi rice, etc.That's why I can only do 4/5 overall with food being 3/5 top. Still love this place, but probably won't do take-out again any time soon.

We had the best service with Michelle, our super friendly and professional server. She made our whole experience wonderful. Our steak was slightly undercooked and she made sure to make it all right. The prosciutto wrapped asparagus were amazing! The oysters were so good too. The live music on Friday night added to the whole dining experience. Not too loud, just perfect. The lemon tart for dessert was excellent. Thank you Michelle & S&L for making a memorable our night a wonderful memory.

Pretty decor and nice bar & lounge areas. Drinks were great. Food was decent. Our waitress was attentive and friendly. Some food items were a bit pricey for the portion size. Overall nice vibe at this location.

This place was amazing!!! The menu options were so hard to choose from as I couldn't pick just one. The portions were good size. The staff here were very friendly and helpful, we had a few suggestions and they took our ideas to heart. The only thing I had a little issue with was that with the three roll dish, the roll with the pork belly was lacking....the pork belly. The roll only came with one little thin sliced piece of pork belly, with a decent sized roll, there was more bun than meat. Over all I had a great experience here, and i will definitely come back.

This restaurant is amazing. The service was impeccable. The host was very helpful and our server, Jordan, was the best we ever had. The food was very good and on Tuesday they offer a half price wine night. It was our first time there, but We will definitely be returning.

As always with wonderful service and beautiful ambience. Even though we arrived at a late hour, and they were short staffed they still took us in. Hats off to the most gracious host and manager Michelle. Personally took care if the two of us and endured our meal was top notch. Delicious as always and such a pleasurable experience. We will always keep coming back here.

The food and drinks were divine. The steak was cooked perfectly. Also, highly recommend the Mac and cheese sticks. Customer service was impeccable and accommodating. S+L was a pleasurable experience and we will be coming back.

I don’t even remember that how many times I have visited S&L kitchen and mostly all of them located in lower mainland atleast.The food is so flavourful and fresh all the time. Variety of stuff to eat even for vegetarians.Nitrogen ice- cream isn’t available in all of their locations but you can ask and I highly recommend to try.

Lovely servers, delicious food, nice decor, and great happy hour! My partner and I went for the 2pm happy hour over family day weekend. We ordered a $3 happy hour lager, the dream caesar, a dozen oysters at $1.75/ea, mac and cheese sticks, truffle fries, and a lobster roll. All the food was delicious. Especially the oysters, not a grain of sand in any of them, and they came with all the necessary condiments. The chef also sent out some complementary diced tuna tataki on crispy rice, it was a tasty touch. The service was fast and attentive, and all the food was delicious and well priced. We'll definitely be back again!
