$117 for a synthetic oil change with $10 off coupon isn't too bad.Service was slow as hell but it was morning time so I guess the guys were a little tired, no big deal.Overall good.

I had an oil change from this place a few months ago. It was by far one of the worst n untruthful, unprofessional places I have ever gotten an oil change from. The communication was poor. I asked for an oil change I was told I would get a discount n then convinced me to get an air filter n told me there is a discount for getting both services. It took forever after convincing me to get the air filter wasn't in stock then at the end she never gave me the discount off the oil change n kept convoncing me she did finally another coworker said no she never got it n then told me she can't put the code in. She didn't do the basics light checks during oil change n they didnt turn iff tge sercive light n now a month later the bottomof my car the flap dropped because it wasn't put on properly during oil change not to mention I was there for hours...If I could give you a minus I would... I was going there for years, the price n promotion they had going on they honoured it- never any problems afterwards, they did it in good timing n turned off my service light. I don't know if they are new owners or workers but they are soo untrustworthy n unprofessional you really shouldn't be running a business.UPDATE: I have since spoken with the manager there n he heard my complaint was apologetic n offered me a free oil change by him. So I am gratedul for the eagerness to correct a negative experience. It was professional.

Had my car serviced few days ago and Mohit was really good and friendly, will definitely come here again.

Got my oil changed here last week. The technicians were very thorough and checked her out from to to bottom. My car has a giant plastic skid plate. The fella informed me of the extra charges to re and re it before they started. Very professional. I will definitely be bringing both my car and my wife's for their next oil change. 5 stars!!!

They are liars. Over charged me on oil exchange......would have paid it if I didnt catch it. They then told me I need a array of top ups on fluids which my mechanic said was not needed. BE WARE OF THIS PLACE. Their prices are also very expensive.

Really bad experience . I went there for car oil change . They charge me 110 $ for oil change . But they didn't change any oil . The person don't even show me the oil measurements stick. They told me it done . When I get home and check that they change the oil or not . But didn't change the oil . I can't believe how they take people hard earn money but don't do there job. This is not really automotive related review but, I really had to tinkle use restroom bad. I kindly asked a worker there I shouldve asked for his name. I asked him where the nearest public washroom was and he was kind enough to let me use the washroom there. Cool looking key, nice inside Jiffylube air scents. I wiped down the counter as it had some water droplets as I always Always like a CLEAN Look. Of course and FLUSH, after doing business.... CLEAN UP AFTERYOURSELVES, is what some ppl are lacking in public restrooms. Anyways Im not sure bout the JiffyLube service but the overall kindness I received saved me at that moment so Thank you Jiffylube on 132, Surrey, BC.....

Unscrupulous, dishonest and borderline unethical. I’ve seen other oil change places do this but these guys look you right in the eye and lie.They said I needed to flush my antifreeze and when I asked them to show me the tester they said they just top it up.They said I needed to flush my brake fluid and when I asked to see the test sample, it was fine, evidenced with a green light.They “showed” me the transfer case and differential fluid and said it all was completely work out and MUST be changed right away. I reluctantly said ok, but then dug threw my glove box to find that I’d had those fluids flushed and replaced not 9 no these earlier! Luckily I was able to stop them before they started again.I will never go back to this or any other Jiffy Lube as I feel it is a corporate training, even policy, to try to deceive customers into paying far more than needed.Beware!!!!

I went there first time to change my head light bulb. The service they gave me was so unprofessional. They were so careless they did not even check that bulb got properly sit in its position or not.When i checked and opened the bulb case the bulb was not fitted in its proper position. Never recommend anyone to go there becoz if they can be careless about such a small things how we can trust them that they will do oil change and other services properly.
