Fantastic customer service plus locally owned and operated; they compete with pricing at Home Depot and the profits stay here!IMO, their paint is second to none for the price and I have used all the other box store brands.

Today I had a wonderful experience at the McLeod location. I had initially attended the Canadian Tire in spruce and had dreadful customer service, attitude, ignorance and poor policies that include a hidden assembly fee for products that you have no choice but to buy assembled and they refuse to reverse the fee. Home Hardware McLeod had an extremely helpful Cashier that sorted me out, a supervisor that identified my needs and informed me of upcoming opportunities and a great conversation with the fella in the yard who helped me load my wheelbarrow. Keep up the good work!

My husband went to Home Depot to get 12 foot 2x6 boards but they did not have them the price was $17.30 per board. He then decided to go to Mcleod Home Building Centre as they have had nails that home depot recently did not have. He not only got the boards 12ft 2x6 boards for $14.49 each he saved on the OSB plywood as well!! Just driving to home Building center saved over $250.00. Great service and great prices!! We will be back!!!

I visited this store, a few days ago, to get a few items I couldn’t find anywhere else! The associate “Barbara” was soooo awesome, personable, helpful, knowledgeable and had a wickedly funny sense of humour! For sure-I will be back!!
