Very nice and professional people at the desk. They had the part I was looking for (top bin for an LG fridge).The price wasn't great ($50 for a small, clear plastic bin), but that's LG's fault, since that's the price everyone else are selling them as well (even LG themselves).

Great ordering and customer experience on multiple occasions. Prices were equivalent to those offered by competitors in the US, so felt like a great deal! Service at the counter was quick, and even when I needed to special order a part, it arrived in a couple of days. Honestly, one of the best appliance parts stores around!

They had the part that I was looking for! I needed a new temperature sensor for my napoleon grill. I ordered it online and it came the next day. I want to pick it up today. There always seems to be a little bit of a wait because of the tradesmen ordering multiple parts, And the salesmen being thorough in their assistance. Worth it though - the part was twenty dollars cheaper than if I had ordered it from the first google search result for delivery.

Have not received order yet, just placed. However I have looked online for my part for over a week straight before ordering. Called many places, and they had the best customer service ever. Polite, friendly, and extremely helpful. Even looked up possible alternative parts to see if they could find any other part that might work as no one in Canada currently has stock of my part. This alone gives them 5 stars in my books. I rarely give reviews, but this was definitely worth the time to write this one.

Horrible online experience. Ordered almost $500 worth of products online. Called about 2 weeks later, lady said some stuff wasn't in stock so she.will put me in priority to get an estimate back and someone will contact me asap. 1 month has passed and no contact while they charged my cc. Horrible experience would not recommend ordering online. #: 1964677

They like to charge your credit card three or four times make you wait for your part at least three months and when you call for a refund, the boy at the front desk literally freaks out on you!!!! Never again stay away, filing claim with visa

Great service, great stock of parts, good prices.I've purchased several parts for our Samsung fridge, and GE stove. Their prices are similar to what you'd find online from the states.The parts are usually in stock, if not they'll have it the next day at no extra cost. They can also deliver it to your house for about $10.They will help you find the correct part number if you don't have it.Most unused parts can be returned but they'll charge a restocking fee (20%).It's a great place with several locations around town, so it's very convenient.Highly recommend them!
