Ricki's - Woodgrove Centre

I don't think I had ever set foot in this store before 2022. Boy, was I missing out! I love everything about Ricki's clothing. They have so many great styles for all kinds of occasions. For such a small store I'm impressed at how much variety there is. Yes, they are a bit pricier but the quality is amazing. The staff are very friendly without being too abrasive which I appreciate. They almost always have a sale going on. On my most recent purchase I saved over $30! I wish I could come here all the time! :)

Always a great place to shop. Staff is friendly and helpful no matter what your age demographic. Kudos to Shauna for helping me find the perfect sweater.

Idk who the hostess was today (aug 23/22) but the older blond lady brought us to a table, with a missing chair (we were 4) and actually threw the utensils on the table. She mumbled something under her breath. When refilling coffees she told my friend to “pass it over quickly” in a really rude tone. After the utensils thing it took everything in me not to leave right there. I definitely should have.

My wife purchased to entrees to take back to our room, the bill was 44.00 she paid for it with $50.00 dollars (5×$10), and told them to jeep the change. About 10 mins later she was called by restaurant staff and told that she only paid $40.00. My wife went down to the restaurant and was basically accused of lying, they followed up with we can look at the security camera and see. My wife said she would like to see it and asked to view together. Suddenly she was told that they were too busy and can't. My wife told them to keep the food and give the money back. They gave her $40.00. The they still brought the food to the table were my mother and father were and expected to be paid for it. My parents paid for it so it would not cause a further scene and delivered to us in our room. Not only had they stole $10.00 from us on the refund but an extra item to one of the items ordered was not there but charged for. $10 plus $3 dollars to add bacon is not going to make or break us but it's the principle of matter that make us so upset. We work hard for our money and when we buy something it is with care and intention. We will be filing a compliant with the restaurant and the head office.

They went out of their way to find an item I had seen online. They know their products and sizing extremely well. I always feel welcome.

Great customer service. I came to return 2 pairs of pants and left with 4 blouses that were a great deal.

I have had been to Ricki's several times recently and experienced such great service and expertise - like shopping in a girlfriend's closet - their staff is excellent!

Very helpful staff. It was my birthday too so I got a discount on top of the sale price. My sweater is really cute too.
