Worst place!Heard about them & thought would give them a try for my full legs waxing!The biggest issue I had was their own confusion with their pricing. Over the phone, the lady tells me it is $45 for full legs. When I get to the place and get the service done, it is suddenly $60 and plus $20 because apparently I had some extra hair. The ladies waxing asked if they can wax the extras but did not mention how much is it going to cost!I have no issues paying for the service but it is nice to get a heads up before you give your customers a shock of how much it is going to cost them.Freaking $89 for full legs. Wanted to visit them for their decent pricing as compared to other salons but the confusion they showed with their own salon prices was beyond frustrating.

I have been coming here for a few months getting shellac nails and it’s been the same price every time. I absolutely loved the staff and my nails always looked amazing! Yesterday I had come to get a new colour switch and they increased the price by $14 and when I had tried to explain I always pay $25+tax and ask why there was such an increase they had told me the price never changed and clearly lied to me. I guess you should always ensure the price before hand.

I came for a manicure/gel nails and didn't have a great experience. The lady doing my nails only did the gel, she didn't push my cuticles back. All my nails are different lengths. I had to ask 3 times to go shorter on the first nail and she kept giggling to herself and telling me it was too short. All 9 of my other nails are longer than the first one - which is the length I wanted all of them. The manicure felt rushed and I felt like I was inconveniencing her when I kept asking for the nails to be shorter. Would not go back.

Terrible very quickly done pedi...they weren't busy at all!Different woman did the manicure...yapped and kept wanting to upgrade services. Very poor English by both women...at 75, English my only language and I feel those waiting on me should be able to speak enough english for me to understand.Won't go back and for sure won't recommend.

I was at Ruby Nail Bar today and I have no idea what the 1* reviewers are talking about?? Staff at Ruby Nail Bar are very professional, friendly and speak English. If you rate a service based on the ability of the technician to speak fluent English, then you have nothing else negative to say. Shame on you!Rate a service based on the service provided. The salon itself is clean, towels are fresh, the nail and pedicure stations are clean and tidy, the technicians all wear face masks, some wear gloves based on the service being provided, the environment is relaxing and quiet.There is nice music playing in the background, not to loud that you can't talk to the technician, and yes , the music was even in English . So if you couldn't converse with your technician, sit back, listen to the music, hum to the lyrics (since they were all in English ) and enjoy a quiet stress free environment. Take a moment to relax!Thankyou to all the workers working on a Sunday just so I could get my nails done before I go back to work tomorrow for my Monday-Friday job..Thankyou to everyone working today!

They were very rude to my girlfriend, and the dip they did lasted less then a week. If it was a one time error that would make sense but it happened twice. Not only that, but they didn't give the dip she wanted, but rather one the stylist decided on. 0 stars if possible.

I dropped in the middle of the afternoon for manicure & pedicure - shellac on my hand nails. Parking was good. When I opened the door, I was surprised how spacious it was inside and well laid out. Huge selection of nail polish colours. I really liked that in the soaking bath, that they use a one-time use disposal plastic liner.I was pleasantly surprised by the use of hot stone for the leg massage - that was so ahhhhhh. Wasn't quite sure what to expect when for smoothing the soles of my feet when they used something that looked like a flat cheese grater. First time for me however it worked very well. It's a couple of weeks later and my feet still feel wonderful.I really liked this place, very knowledgeable staff and has standard pricing. Walk-ins are welcome though if you are thinking of going after 4 p.m. - probably best to phone ahead for an appointment.Definitely going to become my got to place from now on!
