My experience renting with Tanzah for almost 3 years was nothing short of wonderful. These are excellent Landlords who are very attentive, thorough and ensure safe, well-maintained, and well orchestrated units across Calgary. They were always available whenever I needed them and made home feel like home. Would highly recommend.

The Tanzah team were great landlords when I lived in their properties for about 5 years. The buildings are well kept with nice retro touches, and they were always responsive when I had questions or issues came up. There were proactive inspections every year to stay on top of maintenance, too. The whole team was friendly and great to deal with. I would definitely recommend them as landlords.

Tanzah was my landlords for 3 years, and I have nothing but good things to say! They’re genuine and understanding people. Great communication, and were responsive to any concerns or emergencies I’ve had. Maintenance and repairs were completed in a timely manner. Also, the rent is reasonable and affordable for the location.I would highly recommend this family owned and operated business to anyone who is looking for a clean, well kept, safe and quiet apartment to call home.

My partner and I rented from Tanzah for 2 years and we would recommend them to anyone! The only reason we moved out is because we bought our own place. We absolutely loved our apartment and it was a completely stress-free renting experience. Zaak/Rosie were always super easy to keep in contact with through email, and any issues with the apartment that came up were dealt with quickly and professionally.

Tanzah is by far the best rental company/landlord I have ever had. Zaak and his team are incredibly friendly, quick to respond and don't fit at all into the negative image that many people have of landlords. Hats off for the good service.

I have nothing but positive things to say about renting from Tanzah. I spent two years living at their property, the Avonlea, and it was nothing short of amazing. Not only was the area beautiful, but my living space was perfect for my needs and priced fairly. In a market where there are plenty of pitfalls for renters, the team at Tanzah made me feel respected and secure. You can definitely sleep soundly knowing you’re renting with them.

I rented from Tanzah for three years and loved it so much. Zaak and Rosie were very helpful with any of my concerns and addressed issues in a timely manner. The building was well kept and had a building manager on site which was very handy. It was a fair-priced, cute apartment with character, perfect for someone who's wanting to live inner-city. I would recommend to anyone!

I rented from Tanzah for a year in Bankview. Any emails and requests were responded to right away, and the management went above and beyond for us consistently! Beautifully maintained buildings, fair pricing, and friendly staff. Hands down the BEST renting experience I’ve had in Calgary so far, would highly recommend!

My partner and I rented from Tanzah for approximately 18 months and we had an incredibly positive experience with them. Our building was well maintained, and had lots of character. Our property manager Zaak was pleasant to work with, easy to reach, and quick to act if we ever needed anything. I would highly recommend this company to anyone! They have beautiful buildings in great locations in downtown Calgary. The only reason we moved is because we were looking for a bigger space, otherwise we would have stayed for a long time.
