I was blown away by the service of Heather! She was so helpful and informative, and then the bouquet she prepared was absolutely stunning!!! Highly recommend!

Where do I start. I have a hard time surprising my wife. This was the first time that I would have been able to pull a fast one over on her and have flowers delivered on her birthday without her knowing. Unfortunately the completely unprofessional and rude woman that took my order ended up calling my wife, ruining the surprise a day early. my wife ended up picking it up. When my wife explained that they could have delivered anytime on her birthday and that they ruined my surprise, the manager and employee seemed like they could care less. Suggesting we can still deliver tomorrow if you'd like. Absolute worst experience ever. I will never buy flowers from this company again . I will suggest 2 Go somewhere else to anyone.But the flower arrangement was beautiful so it wasn't all a loss.

Lovely roses were delivered to my Mother. I had such a difficult time time with one of the other florists in town. I will definitely be using Spruce Grove Flowers again!

I called Spruce grove flowers for an arrangement very last minute (two hours before they closed) and asked for an arrangement to be made for the following day! (My best friends arrangement was even delivered before noon!!) No idea how they pulled this together so quick on such short notice but I’m certainly impressed. They were able to throw together the most luxurious arrangement within my low budget and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you for making my best friend feel so special. So sorry about the last minute pressure can’t thank you enough for accommodating!! 10/10 would recommend!!!!!!!!!!!

I got flowers delivered for my work anniversary and they are absolutely beautiful! They called me prior to delivering asking if I’m at home, which I thought was nice (but I can see how it might ruin someone’s surprise). The lady who delivered was very nice…I absolutely love this bouquet!!

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my SIL after her father passed away. I called about 12 noon. As SGFG only does custom arrangements, I answered some questions and gave a few ideas. I was told that delivery would be either later in the day or in the morning the following day. Wonderful.To my surprise, SGFG had the arrangement made up within 30 minutes and delivered shortly after!
