I had an acupuncture appointment today at 10 am, and yesterday on the phone I was told to arrive 9:45 to fill out the paperwork.I was at the location at 9:20 when I got a call from them and I was told that my appointment has been canceled !!!How come if clients would like to cancel or reschedule their appointment less than 24-hour in advance, they will be charged in full, but for the clinic they can cancel it half an hour before the appointment?!!!This is 2nd time in 2 weeks that my Massage Addict appointments in two Ottawa locations has been canceled a few minutes before the appointment!

Your experience really depends on which massage therapist you book. I think I've had 4 different therapists and my preference is Alex as many have mentioned. There is one that I did not enjoy as much as the others but ultimately I am satisfied with my experience here from the online booking, staff, and therapists!

I've been here quite a few times now and I've seen a few different RMTs and it has always been a phenomenal experience. The staff is professional, personable, attentive, and kind. The great thing about the $49.99 introductory massage is that it allows you to get a feel for the space and the quality of the service and I certainly was not disappointed! I can't wait for benefits to kick in soon so that I can go more often.

Have been going here for a few months now, self care at its best. They have gotten busier as of late so it is much more difficult to book same or next day appts. I never get the same person and each time the therapists have been great. I always feel much better leaving than arriving!I signed up for a treatment monthly and this reduced the overall price per visit, a great offer and commitment to self care!

Had a wonderful experience! Booking was very user friendly and easy to do online. I booked a deep tissue massage with Alex P. and he will now be my go-to! He really knew how to focus on the area's that needed attention. He was very knowledgable and even took the time to show me multiple stretches/exercises after the appointment that I can do from home. Booked an appointment for my husband right after I left!

Pleasent greeting as you walk in. I started going in Jan 2018 reluctantly as I didn't feel comfortable with the idea of getting massages. Now over a year later I look forward to my deep tissue massage and book my next appointment before I get my massage. I recommend Renee to everyone I know.

Won't be back, had a bad experience for my last massage. Save yourself your time and money and go somewhere else.It's clear the reason why they can't keep consistent rmt's here. Not professional.

I had a great therapeutic massage with Alex Pownall. He was professional and it is obvious he enjoys his career. He also provided helpful guidance afterwards so I would get the most out of my treatment. The atmosphere at massage addict is friendly, relaxing, and clean!
