We LOVE our new kitchen countertop ! We shopped around for a couple of days and I was surprised, this beautiful natural Brazilian granite was less expensive than the local competitors quartz. Customer service at the KW Granite Countertops was excellent; From the start, you talk with professionals , not to the sales person getting the best for your money and no surprises. Quality of workmanship was excellent, every corner, every inch and every little detail was taken care of. We had everything done in about 10 days.Nice selection, well planned, well done; highly recommend.

Nick and his amazing team of guys just installed our quartz countertop and island and did an amazing job. We couldn't be happier with the price and finished product. So professional and organized from start to finish. Thank you to Medalina for her help choosing both the quartz counter and complementing backsplash tile. Our reno is almost done and it looks GREAT! Medalina did a fabulous job of helping us quick out the right quartz to match our cupboards, she was very easy to work with and we came away from the showroom feeing confident. The installation team also did a beautiful job and worked quickly and thoroughly.The prices are very competitive as well, I would recommend this business in a heartbeat!

Went in looking for a countertop due to the fact that my previous purchase was going to take too long to come in. The lady there, who was extremely rude, gave me a quote on a piece she had and I told her I would need time to cancel the other order before placing the purchase. I gave her the square footage and informed her of the layout of my kitchen. She told me it was not an issue and thus I cancelled my other order. Only to find out that the piece she has will not work and the best they can do is charge me more than my previous order was going to cost me. Extremely disappointed.

Stopped in here on a whim after getting other Quartz quotes around town. They were able to beat a competitors price on an identical product, but I ended up finding a countertop here I liked even more that no one else in town had. I found their pricing structure much more fair (compared to others that charge a LOT for sink cutout). Ordering and measuring was seamless. Installation happened within a week! The installers were really nice people and did an amazing job. I complimented them on how well the seam looked and he joked back, What did you expect? I'm a professional!". Frankly

Manny and Shane installed 2 bathroom counters and a large kitchen for us today. They did an excellent job. They were fast, extremely professional and informative. They cleaned up after the install and gave us advice on how to protect our investment. Simply excellent workmanship. 2 thumbs up.

I had an amazing experience with KW Granite countertops. They were the most reliable out of everything we did in our kitchen. Our project got delayed and I had kept them in the loop as I had to change our date a few times. When I called them to say it was complete, they came the next day and remeasured everything and installed all of it in two days. We even had a question after it was installed and Dean ran over to our house to make sure we don’t damage our countertops. Excellent customer service and it LOOKS AMAZING!

The showroom is great, service in the showroom is nice.The installed product is very good.The plumber used as part of the deal is fantastic top notch service !!! Would recommend him to anyone, just fantastic !!!The countertop installer, well there are many impolite words I could use, let's just say you will need a thick skin. At the point of install I obviously could not say what I wanted to, which would have been shove your job, as we already paid half up front.So to summarize, great product, great plumber, installation leaves much to be desired when it comes to customer service.
