Richard and Natalie are so incredibly kind and sincere. Yes... They not only fix cars but they are honest?! Seriously, these two are for real. My family has now purchased two vehicles from them and had a variety of work done on other vehicles. Their prices always favor the customer.

My family and I have been going to Richard for years and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car. I purchased an almost new Honda civic with him two years ago and its never given me a single problem.Him and his wife Natalie make you feel like family ever time you visit. Even if its for a simple wheel alignment. They are fast, reliable and always reasonably priced. Check with them first before anything! Xo

Richard is excellent! Responded in person to breakdown location very quickly and had me back on the road with a mounted replacement tire in minutes! Great customer service, catches problems the other shop missed despite me telling them at multiple oil changes. Richard fixed it right the very first time! I highly recommend Canadian Import Auto!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

These guys are good mechanics and know what they're doing. Richard himself does a thorough job, is very experienced and knowledgeable about vehicle repair, and won't BS you. He follows up with you after major repairs to make sure your vehicle is running as it should. Prices are fair, but the only drawback to their shop is their short hours of operation/extended holidays.

Richard and Natalia run the best shop I've ever come across. Natalia knows absolutely everything that is going on front of house and Richard knows absolutely everything that's going on in the back of house. Very honest people. Couldn't recommend them more.

Great place, best mechanic in town. Richard is amazing, always nice and trying to his best to help. Truly cares about his customer and wants them to be satisfied. He will go above and beyond and try to save you some money as well. Very trustworthy

Richard and Natalia are just fabulous people. Moreover, Richard really knows his trade as a manager in the car shop. I receive relevant advice and flexible options to fix my car. Plus, the pricing is very competitive. Highly recommend, specially with larger or difficult jobs.

My Mini Countryman broke down while I was in Calgary visiting family and I was so lucky to find this shop! They were able to fix my car right away at a fair price and went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to get back on the road as quickly as possible.
