Love going there. Great friendly service. Fast and efficient .customer service is amazing. Key cutting is good as my keys always work just great after getting them cut. Got 2 screens fixed. Fit perfect in windows now.

Not sure why others have had great success with the company. I’ve been trying to work with the company on a industrial level for my place of employment and have had nothing but a terrible experience. No one ever gets back to you (even though they say they will). It started by getting some keys cut at their business - the cut keys and they do not work and I have called literally 10+ times over the past 2 months for support and can not get any support at allI’ve even requested an actual time booked appointment for a tech to come to site and was told that was not possible (so we could review the problem together)My advise is to try another lock smith company

Purchased a new home so had locks rekeyed. Great locksmith. Fast, reliable, reasonably priced. Even thoughtful colour coating of key chains. Def recommend!

This Business and the people that work there are amazing and very professional they know their job and they’re good at it. The prices for their services are really reasonableI called for help because I locked my keys inside the house Charlene was quite accommodating and very sympathetic and never laughed at least out loud . Stratford Glass and Lock were really busy Charlene Apologized she said that the guys couldn’t come right away they were working on another job out of town ,She referred me to another business because I was dire need desperate to get back in the house. This Business actually care more about the customer and their needs than the mighty dollar.As it turned out Paul one of the guys that works there finish the job he was at and could now help me .Charlene called me sent Paul over right away.Didn’t take long Paul got me back in the house in no timethere was No damage no marks lock still works GREAT what a relief THANK YOU PaulThank you Charlene. !!I strongly recommend this business and the prices are really good.
