Due to damaged packaging, I only received 19 of the 100 units I ordered. I contacted Myron and without hesitation they replaced the missing 81 units with no extra charge to me. I am extremely grateful. The pens I ordered came perfect and are of great quality. Thanks so much! I will absolutely be ordering from Myron again.

Ordered sep. 2022, received in Jan 2023. Over half were faulty, now we are trying to work on resolution but they would only offer 80 units to be replaced.Spoke to Danila to try and order more, just got a run around and her exact words were “I am going to stop you right there” when I tried to mention my situation.

One of the cheapest ways to advertise. When you give a customer a nice pen they look at your logo every time they use it. It keeps us in their minds. Myron sells a good product for that.
