I have never been here until now. I certainly liked the setup of the store. I found exactly what I was looking for with ease. Was greeted with a smile as I walked in. This place has probably the biggest selection of cat and dog food and toys and such, it wasn't hard to find products.

The staff were incredibly helpful in finding my puppies' favorite toy. They also have an amazing program working with the local Rescue Infinite Woofs ( IWARS ). Check out their adoption center.

I went to buy some fish because my cats enjoy my husband's tank. They wouldn't sell me any unless I bought a new tank, heater, and pump! What a horrible experience. Never again, PetSmart. Shame on you. Is it because I have a disability and am tired, so I don't sound 'normal'? I am so disgusted with the discriminatory experience I just had. Shame on you!

This place is big so therefore it has a lot of pet and pet related products. Who knows, maybe you might even adopt a cat or two

Super friendly staff. Wish there were cats or dogs I would be able to pet while visiting however did not ask so might be my bad still a 5 star either way. Friendliness goes a long ways.

Went in for cat food and saw this guy with uvb burns down its back and extremely dry skin. The cashier says oh lol

Cheryl has always been the one to help in the fish/reptile section and has been amazing!. Went today for crickets she hurried and unboxed a shipment that had just arrived to ensure I got some. Other places would have told you to come back but not her! There needs to be more like her.

Large variety of fish. They all looked healthy and well cared for. The critter cages were clean and the animals all seemed happy and healthy. A good variety of all the popular pet products. The shelves could use some fronting and facing and the product displays could use some organization. I was here about 30 mins and no staff member approached me to ask if I needed a hand. I take a lot of pics so I usually get asked. Definitely a big box approach to customer service. On a positive note they do have a price match policy. I didn't experience it because the items I bought were the same price as their competitor.

The staff are ok. They don't have much of anything for fish supplies. PS has sales but never have any of the fish merchandise in stock. It's like they forget to send stock to PG.
