Phenomenal fitness Heaven I've ever been. If you don't like typical fitness centre. I would love to bring you in here to sign up. This place has exclusive services. It is secret so you should try with day pass rather than reading reviews. I am pretty sure you will join this club right away.

New to this gym but so far I’m really impressed by the facilities and the staff. Very consign my “newbie” status. The hydro massage machines are amazing!

Have been a member of this gym for many years. Quite high staff turnover but I wanted to give a shout out to Geraldine who is a superstar. Always welcoming and cares about the customer experience. To the Manager/Owner, Geraldine is a very valuable team member and should be considered for a leadership role. Also, I hope you hire a personal trainer soon.

Being open 24/7 is convenient for someone like me who works two jobs. The three stars go to the staff who work late hours to keep the gym and washrooms clean and tidy for us. The only downside for me is that many members don’t clean the machines and benches after use. I also noticed that some of them only sanitize everything before use and let others clean after them. Take into consideration that as much as you don’t like to touch someone else’s sweat, the feeling might be mutual. It would be nice if the staff watch and notify them more often that It’s unsanitary and uncomfortable. every member is responsible for sanitizing the equipment AFTER each use.

Great environment for exercise, excellent service and friendly, very clean and tidy, parking space behind the building and is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Amazing gym with wonderful staff. The gym has everything you need to train hard and more.

I just became a member of this gym. Staff and equipment are great even though it's only my first day at this gym. Highly recommended

Not sure who's idea it was to offer teens 14-19 to work out FREE all summer - not a good idea!So now we have kids sitting on machines on their phones while paying members have to wait! If teens are free all summer, paying members should also be free all summer - why are paying members being penalized?!
