It is immeasurable how pleased I am with the ENTIRE staff, service and final result with respect to my recent collision repair experience at Formula First. The final result was perfection. The facilities match the impeccable workmanship received. Simply amazing! I highly recommend Formula First and will share my positive experience with all the people I know.

I would like to start by saying thank you to Gary/Krista for there professionalism and kindness very much appreciated. I had a few scratches on my F150 that needed attention I met with Gary he recommended a solution to fix them I took his advice and I’m very grateful I did my truck looks better than the day I drove it off the car lot thank you Gary. I also would like to thank Krista for taking care of the paperwork for me I was very busy that day thank you. and I also would like to thank the people who worked on my vehicle awesome job thank you. I will continue going to your shop you’re the best thanks again to everyone. I highly recommend you deal with this business there professionals at what they do.

I have been taking two vehicles to Formula First for a few years now for everything from mechanical work to paint protection. Most recently I had my vehicle detailed inside and out to remove the winter grime. Salt was caked onto the exterior and the interior mats.CJ was able to get me in very quickly and provided excellent service. My car was looking showroom new after his team finished. Also, the cost considering the amount of work was more than reasonable.Thank you CJ and team!

The repairs done, parts replaced and the necessary painting were all done very well. Formula First Collision's attention to detail is impressive and professional. My wife and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends or to anyone who is looking for a reliable Collision Car Body Repair shop.Furthermore, the support staff in the reception area are very accommodating and responsive to any questions you may have. If, by chance, they don't have an answer they will readily contact the right person to meet your needs.

It's never a good thing when you take your car in for a collision repair, especially when the collision wasn't your fault. That said, Formula First was excellent from start to finish. When I picked up my car, I almost didn't recognize it. The repairs were spot on and with a lifetime warranty, that was a big bonus. It's clear the team takes pride in their work. Also, the shine from the interior out was blinding, best car wash/cleaning I've ever seen too. Thank you!

What an amazing experience! The team is incredible, the place looks like a 5 stars hotel! Excellent communication via phone or email, they take care of everything with your insurance, they go above and beyond to make the customer happy. They worked around my crazy schedule to replace my windshield on the Tesla. They also offered such a very good price on a ceramic coating that I couldn't refuse. They repaired every paint chip and a scratch on the rim. When I went to pick up my car I couldn't believe it was mine... Thanks CJ and all the office staff.

Formula First Collision, Inc. repaired our car after a major front end damage accident. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable, prompt to reply, courteous and friendly. The facility is like no other body repair shop we have ever seen. It is spotless and looks like a new car showroom. The cars being repaired are thoroughly protected. They insist on using all original market products. Our car has pearl paint and the repaired area looks like the rest of the car. There was a time of waiting for parts and CJ was very good about keeping us up to date. Kristin and Kelly in the office replied very promptly with answers to our questions.

After a ice storm in Feb, i had a branch fall on the hood of my car. Everyone i asked told me to head on over to Formula First Collision. Hood was replaced and paint was matched perfectly to my 2021 Scarlet red Trailblazer. Staff was so nice. Krista made the process super easy when it came to dealing with the insurance, and everything was done as soon as it could be. When i picked up my vehicle i was met with a pleasant surprise, my vehicle not only looked brand new outside it looked brand new inside. :)Thank you for your professionalism and i will be back for sure if i every need work on my vehicle .Brenda B.

We are new to Windsor and when my husband had an accident with our jeep I went to google to pick the best body shop to take her too. Formula First Collision Inc, was the first one that came up. I took all your reviews to heart and made sure that our insurance company towed her to them. We went to see her that night and was greeted by Krista, OH so PLEASANT!!! She gave us a tour. I was so happy with the whole place, the peeps, the cleanliness, the knowledge. It was a complete eye opening and delightful experience! They couldn't have been nicer, from start to finish.
