Went in the other day and was greeted by a lovely girl named Cristina! She was so helpful and very fast at getting my order ready. I always appreciate the amazing staff like her at Cineplex :)

Avatar was advertised to have a showing at 8:50 pm, but the theater locks the doors at 8pm! What?! The show times were advertised online to have a showing at 8:50pm and they even had a display board inside the doors advertising a show time for 8:50pm. We were turned away saying they couldn't let us in because of the 'new rules' of having to lock the doors at 8pm. Then they need to change how they advertise their showtimes so people don't waste their time wanting to go to the late show! Just sayin'!

We held our daughter 9 birthday party here at her request and they did not disappoint! Ana was a great party host. We never had to run around looking for her. She was kind, courteous and very helpful! Absolutely a great place to host a birthday party, everything clean and organized. Super happy with the entire experience!

I enjoyed our experience at the theater, workers were polite and helpful. The seats were comfortable and the food was alright. Extra butter on the popcorn was so good, you have to do half full add butter and then fill it and get the same again.

It's so dang expensive. I had 6 free movies and the popcorn deals cost me $90. And there was barely any employees there. I think 2 tills open and the lineups were large. I was late for my movie.

enjoyed our visit, liked booking seats as well. main concern was in purchasing tickets. we wanted to take our group of special Olympics to a show. however the purchase of 16 tickets had to be divided into two groups. it would have been nice to get a receipt for the costs....also despite being able to have reserved seating, we had to move to a different location as those were occupied.

The seats are great and the service is always wonderful. Honestly, of all the Cineplex run theaters I've been to, it feels like the most relaxed cinematic experience. The only theater seats that are better are the electric recliners installed at other IMAX venues, but these are very comfortable no matter the duration of the film.
