Definitely recommend. Business, group, family friendly. I've been here on a weekday to see two groups from different companies come in for lunch, and being well serviced by the waitresses on deck. I've also been here on a weekend. However, I do recommend calling in to make a reservation because weekends are packed. You may have to wait, but it's worth it. There are enough tv's if you want to come out and watch sporting events.The food is really well done. Everything on the menu is affordable from food to the drinks both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Servings are portioned properly. The steak(s) even has a stick that marks the proper cook you requested.Everything was well-managed and timing on the delivery from a not busy setting to a very full busy setting had the exact time in and out of the kitchen. Will go again.

This location of Chucks in London has always been good. It's always nice to see familiar faces. Some of the staff have been there for a long time. We went over for dinner and didn't realize it was semifinals of World Juniors hockey. The place was packed, but still was able to get a seat right away. The server was great considering the number of tables she was working on and keeping up with all of them. The food was bang on. All of our plates came out the same time, and the food was hot and fresh. I've never been disappointed going to this location for dine in. I did however go back the next night for takeout, so I went to the bar was greeted in a mannerly time keep in mind that it's the world junior finals the place is busy server was able to get my order but the time for me to get my food was long, roughly about 50 mins. I definitely feel like the takeout times can be improved, but the dine in is amazing. Decided to go back to Chucks for a night out for the work guys and once again extremely busy. Was able to get a seat for the group size we had, but the waitress was definitely overwhelmed by the number of tables she had to serve that night as she kept mentioning it or making smart comments. For a night like this, especially when it's that busy, they might want to have an extra server working to help with workload on their employees. The food was good as usual, no complaints with that.

We really like Chuck's as we've always found the food great and value for spend high. We decided to try this location during a tournament weekend and although super busy and we had to wait much longer for food than expected the service we good and once again the food was great. Our server who was attempting to manage an area much larger than she should have, checked in regularly and gave us updates. Overall, while slower, it was a good choice.

It was very busy the night we were there. Servers were just shy of running. Lots of ignorant guests that wanted instant service and giving servers a hard time even when they were running to keep up. Our server was great he did his best to keep us happy. It was actually nice because we had a great casual dinner. Food was great and hot. Not sure what other people were complaining about. If you want fast service go to Macdonald's. Chucks keep doing what your doing we will keep coming back.

Update April 2023They've recently raised their prices, the 7 oz sirloin is now 15 bucks, the chucks burger and fries is now 9 bucks. Still great value.Service at this location was great, fast and friendly, and all food was prepared well.Original ReviewGreat food, friendly service and great value. Can't beat the Home made sirloin beef burger and fresh cut fries for 5 bucks. Only been for lunch a couple times so can't speak to the dinner service.Edit, as of January 2018 price of the sirloin burger and fries went up to 6 bucks. Still a great deal.

Stayed overnight nearby and went to Chucks as it was talking distance. Lucked into Rib night plus $5 wine because the Leafs were playing.Ribs were pretty good. A half rack for $10 was a very fair price. Enjoyed several glasses of wine because it was almost free:)

Food was pretty decent for a really great price.Decent steak for $13.Came with a large group with kids (hockey team) and accommodated just fine (we did call ahead)I would probably return to a chuck's again.Servers were also nice and attentive.

Have seen a few of these franchises around and finally decided I'd try it out(I'm not a franchise person). I was surprised at the pricing being more reasonable then other Roadhouse pubs and saw a few meals coming out ie burgers wings and they looked pretty good. I decided to go out on a limb and have the $29.99 20oz AAA Porterhouse steak, being a experienced BBQ guy, I thought this couldn't be good, but I'll say I was pleasantly surprised it was cooked properly m/w and was tasty not tough. These places pride them selves apparently on being reasonably priced Beer and food establishments and more places could follow there lead. I will go again keep up the good work and hopefully all the franchises are the same.
