The phone operating system is very unorganized, takes hours to connect with a real person

I called TRA because I had a question in regards to a renewal application I completed. After waiting on hold for a few minutes, I was hung up on. I called again and got through to a fellow named Adam. I told him of the trouble I was having with the phone and he completely ignored my concern. It made for an unpleasant experience.

I remember a time when I was a young man, just days ago, when I sought out a solution to my provincial tax woes. I dialed a number, 7-8-0-4-2-7-3-0-4-4. As I pushed each key and listened as the dial tone change to ringing I eagerly anticipated how events were going to unfold. A man answered with a voice similar to that of an angel.
