UPDATE: Nothing has changed. This location should be shut down. Always the excuse of: ...Severe Weather Delay". It's sunny out today! More like a competent staffing shortage. DON’T TAKE UPS FOR YOUR DELIVERYUPS is more than 2 weeks late. The worst part is they have NO system to resolve the issue. You have to keep sending emergency texts through their polite customer service. BLAINVILLE is so incompetent they don’t even answer their own UPS customer service colleagues. So NOTHING happened for the past week with my daily calls.

This facility in Blainville has thief’s working there beware. I’ve had numerous boxes randomly disappeared and then they connect you to the Philippines where they ask you to make a claim that never gets any results. UPS is the worst corporate company worst

Need better controls in place. Someone is either stealing or hiding valuables somewhere. 8/9 items from an order arrive but the most valuable (Macbook) is delayed and eventually goes missing? If there was a arrival scan of the item and it hasn't been delivered, then obviously someone there is taking the items or misplacing them. Either way, that's a failure on management.

Recently I posted legal documents in Europe. I came to the service point hoping to get a fast and high-quality service. The teller at the reception was very polite. She asked about the worth of my parcel. As I send legal documents, I didn't have real price. So I took in consideration the ambacy and ups transfer fees. And I declared a 200$ value. That should be me reimbursed in the case if parcel loses. In 2 days my addressee received the notice that he must pay 200$. After that the long story started. The call center is really poor. Every representative have different instructions. Wasn't clear which form to fill and how to fill because they have forms only for business account. I don't recommend this company!

Worst shipping compagnie ever, 2 packages ship the same day at the same address, I get the 2 notifications in the morning on the truck out for delivery, the light one is delivered by the driver the heavy one didn't make it because of severe weather on a sunny day... but they where both on the truck....

You are not lucky if your package must transit through this UPS center. They have major issues....I don't understand how UPS keeps this location opened. It's ridiculous. Packages can stay there for weeks before being shipped or worst they are often sent out for delivery but ended up coming back there... I had to call and request to go get them myself after 2 weeks.Update. 6 days later, I get a call in the morning to ask if I will come get the packages. I tell the receptionist I will come today. The receptionist doesn’t leave a note.I get to the UpS in Blainville that same day get my package, the receptionist tells me she tried to call me this pm and since I didn’t answer, she sent my boxes back to the sender.. This place looks like an absolute joke. The office is nasty and looks completely disorganized. I really don’t get why the head office doesn’t do anything. Clearly this place needs some serious intervention…

Made a purchase through Amazon and the delivery is by UPS. The package status has bounced around for 3 days in different areas of Blainville, each time saying out for delivery". I don't even live near Blainville? After looking at other people's frustration on the reviews here

I might be going out on limb here, but maybe one-star ratings shouldn't the one thing they achieve consistency on as a business, I suspect?!They managed to deliver the items I ordered (approx. 70 lbs) somewhere in my neighbourhood, at some other people's address. I guess, as long as they hit the destination within a x miles radius, it's good enough for them Hey, at least it's on dry land! When I inquired with them, I received a message that they'll investigate. Several weeks later, I take it they're still investigating...

How did you guys manage to lose THREE of my packages from different sellers THIS WEEK!!??? there's definitely something fishy at your distribution center! 2 of those are irreplaceable!!! I am beyond mad, this is inexcusable!
