The staff at One Fertility are amazing and very helpful to answer any questions you may have about fertility. Dr. Akinsooto takes time to know his patients and is very knowledgeable. Specially want to mention about admin Eka. She was very helpful and answered all my questions calmly. I will strongly recommend One Fertility.

Care and compassion are the two words that come to my mind when I think of my experience at One Fertility Kitchener so far. I would highly recommend trying them to find answers to fertility related questions. Dr. Akinsooto is very knowledgeable and yet so down to earth which makes one feel at ease. He takes the time to review the file carefully, explains things thoroughly and quite calmly answers any questions. The support staff (from the main level to the actual clinic) is amazing too. It may feel slightly overwhelming initially but they breakdown the steps and guide you through them, send important reminders on including the blood-work results and appointment times, etc. and most importantly always greet you with a warm smile which takes some of the pressure off right away!

The level of service and care provided to my wife and myself had been nothing short of first class by the doctor and staff. The need for a fertility clinic presented challenges and stress which included understanding statistics and probability, however the clinic made the experience as good as it could be and we're thrilled to have now celebrated our son's 18 month milestone. I still recall the discussion I had with the doctor vividly when discussing our options when hope was starting to fade, and we changed the approach, my family is now forever grateful.

Appointments are always over booked even when they just have 1 doctor to make it to those appointments. You ll end up waiting for 40-60 mins at this clinic, even for the first appointment at 7 am.UPDATE: Received a call from the Manager to inform us that they expect patients to keep aside 2 hours for their appointment. No regrets what so ever for keeping ppl waiting or over booking. Asked us to look for other clinics if we are not happy with their services. Epitome of empathetic customer service.

I had really good experience. I was struggling with some issues and after seeing a lot of doctors I came to One Fertility Kitchener. And that was my best decision ever. Dr Akinsooto is very patient and highly knowledgeable. I am very impressed with the services provided. The staff is also polite and accommodating. A bit of a wait time is understandable when you want to see the best fertility expert of this area.

My sister was struggling with fertility issues for very long time and saw multiple fertility clinics. One fertility is the only clinic where we got satisfaction. Quick response, helpful staff and knowledgeable nurses are cherry on the cake. Dr. Akinsooto is very kind and offers you best treatment.

We had the absolute best experience at One Fertility KW! This may be bias but we were rewarded with a beautiful baby boy! From the doctor, to the nurses, we were treated with kindness and care from the beginning to the time we were discharged! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience during this difficult time!

Calls never go attended. We are always running to their clinic to get answers. They goofed up our HSG referral and what was supposed to take place in 4-5 days is now further delayed by a month. Earlier, we were set up for a virtual appointment and we were on waiting for more than 60 mins to only learn that we have to keep ourselves available for 2 hours for this appointment. Ridiculous! Not sure if the management even pays heed to how operations are run here.

One fertility is the best fertility clinic I have been so far. The staff is amazing and always ready to help. Interacted with Eka multiple times. She’s always friendly and helpful. I am always thankful for the quick and quality service she and One fertility team provided.
