I was excited to find this company and ordered a set of bamboo sheets. I've used bamboo sheets for 8-9 years and have never had the kind of problems I'm having with these. First time on the bed they were silky soft, the softest bamboo sheets we've ever had as a matter of fact, but it didn't take long for pilling to start at the bottom of the sheets (as mentioned by another reviewer). The fabric looks roughed up on the pillows too and I can see tiny holes starting to appear. This is after 2 washes (one initial after receiving, before using, and one after use and I care for them carefully and according to instructions)! I called customer service and they did tell me I can get a full refund but they will not reimburse me for shipping charges. Which is something I'd be fine with if it was because I didn't like the color, or something else like that, and wanted to return them. But this is obviously either a faulty product or all their sheets are like this and simply just very poor quality. In either case, I think the company should take responsibility of their product and reimburse for shipping too, in cases like this, so that their customers are not spending more money and also now have no sheets (it's not like they offered to replace them which is often times the case with companies that know they have a product they can stand behind and where it was an unfortunate one time occurrence). Needless to say, I will not be a returning customer.

So silky and soft, just incredible. I actually had my best sleep the other night with the 500 Thread Count Sheets and Duvet Cover. Will buy again for sure!

I got a set of sheets for Christmas and I absolutely love them. They're really soft and comfortable. I can't go back to normal sheets.

I received my new set of sheets about 2 months ago, and they have since then improved my sleep! I used to have bad insomnia, move around constantly because I could not quite stop thinking about work. I didn't think that a pair of bed sheets would change that, but they did! I instantly fall asleep. It literally feels like I die and resuscitate the next day when my alarm goes off. SOooooo comfy!!!

Best Quality and Super Comfortable...Iv'e never had a better sleep! I'm in love with Bamboo and it's Eco Friendly. Shipping was super fast, my order got shipped out the same day with a tracking number.

I loved these sheets when they arrived, and really enjoyed the silky feel and how they warmed up to body temperature quickly, contrasted to cotton which can stay cold a lot longer (a very desirable quality in the winter months) but was very disappointed to see pilling begin almost immediately on the bottom half of the fitted and flat sheet, where our feet are. I was advised to wash them again, as they were supposed to get softer with washing but the piling continues and now, less than three months later, they feel in places like rough, dollar store sheets. Also, the queen size fitted sheet fits very loosely on our queen sized bed. Sending them back.

I did a lot of research before purchasing these sheets. I learned that these sheets were not only very soft but also very good at controlling body temperature, as I sleep hot, my partner cool. We purchased the 320 bamboo sheets, as we wanted something light and airy on us. These sheets are truly amazing, not only were they extremely soft but they made a huge difference in making me feel cooler and very comfortable. My partner normally doesn't notice anything new sheet wise, but he definitely did notice and commented how he really liked them and that says a lot. Very highly recommend these, they are worth every penny. We will be ordering more for family Christmas gifts.

3 days after taking my money and they can't even send me an order confirmation. When I request one in the chat they made up some lie that Shopify froze my order for a 'level 3 fraud' (as if I'm supposed to know what that means) and then ignored my messages and then logged off for '3 days' according to the messaging on their chat system, which is funny when they don't actually close for an hour, and are supposed to be open tomorrow (Saturday) and Monday according to their websites opening hours. If they didn't have the stock or staff to fulfil my order, or even if there really was a fraud, I could have understood that if they had just notified me, yet 3 days after taking my money and nobody has contacted me and only through my follow up have I been notified of the alleged fraud.I don't recommend ordering from them because:a) I haven't even received an order confirmation let alone the order, so can't speak to what the product is likeb) their customer service was shocking and quite condescendingc) their website is misleading and difficultd) their listed phone number isn't connectede) not even sure they are a real business
