What a find. With great help from the store I found exactly the piece I wanted and it has been delivered in less than a week. This at a time when 5 months lead times are being quoted by competitors. I love the new sofa and will certainly shop at Moes again. Thanks.

My wife and I were shopping for new dinning room chairs. We had planed to make a day of it and set out about 10 am. We made two stops before we got to Moe's Home Collections. We almost didn't go at all except I had seen the store on google maps. What a mistake that would have been.Not only did we find the chairs we were looking for, we got the sale price, after the sale had ended. Then I found bar stools that were perfect for our kitchen and they were on sale as well. Bought them and took them home and they were too tall, took them back. Curtis was able to take the seats off the bar stools and put them on counter height frames. Bam he had saved the day.The store is amazingly well laid out and offers many more options than you would normally find in a store of this size. I especially liked the three tired display of chairs. Everything in the store looks great and encourages you to try and enjoy. The only thing that could make this shopping experience better is Curtis.Curtis provides excellent customer service with no added pressure. He helps with ideas and suggestions and is resourceful if you become stuck. As I stated above he went above and beyond by switching the seats for us. He clearly is not a millennial. His style is to help you find the right fit for you. Best furniture shopping experience of my life.

Moe's Home Furniture is one of the best furniture stores on the Island. Curtis and his team are so friendly and attentive.They have great inspirational ideas and recommendations based on your style and colour palette of your home! We just purchased a bed from them and we cannot wait until it arrives! We can't recommend them enough!

Moe has A LOT of beautiful and functional furniture. So many great options that I had a hard time choosing a dining set. We live 2.5hrs from Victoria. Other than our one visit to the store, I relied on Curtis' recommendations via email. It took a while for the dining set to arrive because of Covid, but it was soooo worth the wait. My husband and I were impress with their delivery service. So professional, friendly and they didn't leave a speck of dirt. We were blown away with the dining set. I had to wait a while to leave a review after testing it out and I must say, it couldn't have been more perfect. The quality is top-notch and the chairs are very comfortable. I have two little messy eaters. I love that the table and chairs are easy to wipe down after every meal. Overall, I highly recommend visiting their store. It's one of the best furniture purchase we've done in a long time.

Andrew and Curtis are absolutely amazing. My partner and I were on a budget, and they did their best to help us find the most suitable and stylish rug. Looking forward to having it in our living space.♡

For a smaller furniture shop in the downtown core area, this place has it all. The accessories you can buy here with the design help from the owner you will be shocked on how non expensive this place is. From furniture needs 2 accessories I highly recommend Moe's furniture store a visit. Friendlyness is the most thing we expect walking into a store to shop and we got just that. Thank you for your help and we will be back for some more stuff in the near future.

Awesome home boutique with something for everyone. Staff are very helpful, and eager to find solutions if anything doesn't quite go according to plan. Free store to store shipping from any other Moe's location was a huge help as well!

I have to say Moe’s has to be one best furniture stores in Victoria, we were so fortunate to have stumbled upon this amazing store.We bought a new build home and had to furnish it entirely. We started buying our furniture back in early April from Moe’s, had the best customer service from Andrew that we decided to furnish our entire home with Moe’s. I cannot tell you the passion and thoughtfulness that Andrew gave us to every detail.We finally moved into our new place on December 22 and most of the furniture we ordered arrived ( we were buying pieces bits at a time)Andrew was going to come and help us place our furniture but was leaving for vacation the day it arrived, however he made arrangements for the owner of Moe’s to come and help. WOW!! A few piece of furniture had not arrived but it was no problem they gave us loner furniture until it comes in.We will be continuing to purchase more items for our home from Moe’s in the future. We cannot be more pleased with the quality and customer service.
