Bay Centre Shopping Centre
In the washroom there was a man who was having his drug. He was told to go out by security.Otherwise a clean pleasant place. Almost no clothes for kids of pre-teen age. At least we didn't find it.Fancy, so are all the buildings around.

Always been a great place to shop in the area. Also involved with philanthropic events throughout the year especially during the holiday season. Great place to bring my mother and daughters for browsing whenever my busy schedule permits on the weekends.

Beautiful multilevel mall to window shop especially during the holidays. They have ton of decorations and Christmas trees everywhere. A lot of shopping options as well. Also a decent size food court at the top.

Bay Centre Shopping Centre
This mall is dead aside from the major realtors still present. There are no small/unique stores left in this mall. It is a shame to see such a beautiful space being taken up by such large realtors but I guess those are the only ones that can afford to be present.The pop-up arcade was super neat but I think some work needed to go into placement of the machines as the reflection from the roof made some impossible to play.

Good mall spread out on four floors in not the best way. Convenient because it's downtown and it has good shops.A good food court on the fourth floor, has some tasty treats. New eateries and shops are coming, great deals on clothing on the third floor.Too bad EB moved to Hillside.

Bay Centre Shopping Centre
I recently visited the Bay Centre Shopping Centre, and it was truly an amazing shopping experience. The mall is fairly large with stores and a food court. It's easy to get overwhelmed by the sheer size of the place, but the mall is well organized and the layout makes it easy to navigate.The stores have a wide variety of products, from the latest fashion trends to electronics, and the prices are very reasonable. The atmosphere is lively, and there are always plenty of people walking around. The mall also has a number of attractions. Overall, I had a great experience here, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great shopping experience.

The security tag was left on a beautiful spring suit jacket that I bought from the bay for a work occasion.Unfortunately I didn't notice until my boss pointed it out to me! Talk about humiliating. A few ladies tried to help me get it off during a couple breaks at this all day event..... I can confirm that you cannot get those tags off. Thankfully I have to take and Receipt.It's hard for a lot of us to add things to our to-do lists or events we want to plan on our days off to complete a task you thought you already completed.Find Downtown parking and paying for Downtown parking, and the limited hours that they're open these days....... I have to wonder if it's worth the cost to return!

Bay Centre Shopping Centre
Has gone downhill like the rest of downtown. Going there is rather depressing. While it has never been a huge mall, there used to be a decent selection of stores, but now it's mostly mom-and-pop" shops along with ones that have been boarded up. There's not even a Starbucks anymore

Bay Centre Shopping Centre
Three on one abuse against a helpless woman. Two security guards had this woman pinned to the ground for over 10 minutes against the cold concrete while the other one just stood on the sideline on his phone. She clearly was not resisting and was screaming for help and in pain. I will never shop at this mall again. Shame on you bay center! And by the way the one star is because I'm unable to give zero or negative five.
