Seton Villa Retirement Centre

Seton Villa has been HOME to me for the past three years.I so enjoy all the differen activities that are available daily. There is a variety of choices for three nutritious tasty meals every day. I find it very interesting talking to many new friends and I feel so looked after and safe here. I so enjoy living here.

I toured the facility with Laura and found all staff friendly and it was really sweet how basically everyone knew every resident's name and some personal details. My million questions were all answered. It was a cheery and bright space unlike others I have toured. After an independant doctor's assessment, we found out that mom wasn't eligible to move in, but despite knowing that we were no longer candidates (ie potential customers), Diane reached still out via phone and helped immensely in giving us tips to navigate private home care, as well as reassure us that she will always be available for advice despite the fact that we don't have a resident there. I love how Seton Villa seems to carry the same core values and spirit of caring in line with this neighborhood, which I'm a resident of. Community support in this area is so amazing, and Seton Villa also reflects this!

Everyone is well cared for, and being an independent living facility, each and every resident is given as much or as little help as they need!It is great for seniors who still want their independence but need a little extra help here and there. Meals, housekeeping, and utilities are all included, as well as 24/7 care staff and emergency response.There is also a dedicated assisted living portion for those who require it

We have being here for 4 years, it is a wonderful place to live, food is great management at all levels do a great job. We are so lucky to have Michelle cook as our director. The view is spectacular, we are hoping the new addition will be built as wheelchair places are so needed.

With my Dad needing Independent Living services, I looked no further than Seaton Villa RC. They welcomed my Dad with open arms, good service and an excellent admin and nursing staff.If you're looking for an IL living arrangement for a parent or even yourself, definitely entertain SVRC!

I had parents aged 96 and 97 to care for and I understand how varied their needs were. The staff at Seton Villa are professional, kind and very competent. They provide a comfortable and caring environment for residents. Seton is struggling to add 55 more suites onto their senior's residence and they have endured great praises and harsh criticism from the neighbourhood. It's good to be cognisant of reviews that don't appear to 'fit'. Kudos to non-profit Seton Villa for their desire to give top quality care to more seniors when it's so badly needed!

Staff at Seton Villa are very nice and helpful.I love getting to know each residents and learning what they have done before and the story they share about their life before coming to SV. I would recommend SV to all my friends :)

My parents are loving independent living at Seton Villa Retirement Centre! They have a beautiful suite with incredible views, love the meals, the staff, and the gardens. They enjoy helping out on committees, outings, events, and with running the store! So much for retirement…these two are busier than ever! Keep up the good work, Seton Villa! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

On behalf of my brother who has lived at Seton Villa for about 7 years - staff are friendly and helpful and the food is excellent. It is also affordable for those with limited income. He says this is the happiest he’s been in his life and that living at Seton Villa has had a positive impact on his mental health. From my visits there and daily conversations with him, I wholeheartedly agree. Thank-you to all the staff at Seton Villa!

Management and staff have been very kind and understanding with my brother who can present personal challenges at time. He has really enjoyed his time at Seton Villa thanks in great part to the professional staff and management. Keep up the good work.
