Was told at 7pm on a Friday that there was no food to be served. Bagels, donuts, wraps, sandwiches - literally nothing but drinks.

Lack of options I've never gone to a tims without an everything or sesame seed bagel two of the most basic popular ones. Most places I go are sold out but they don't even stock it. Looking at the other stuff it's not just bagels they are lacking. Giving 2 because the young worker who got what I could get was very nice but the manager that took my order was rude.

Only go if you have time to kill, slowest service in town. Not a sole inside and full staff working. 10min wait for timbits and coffee

Very slow took over 15 minutes to surerve 3 people very under staffed. The menu is very limited absolutely no cinnamon buns of any kind not sure why the were taken off the menu.

I can clearly hear the employee stating that the hot chocolate machine is dispensing the hot chocolate with too much water content , but they still have the audacity to still serve it to me, instead of offering me a different option.

Never want to purchase coffee or bagels because it takes so long to complete your order. My husband can get his order and start eating before one bagel is served! Sad, sad, sad.

I am not a big fan of Tim Hortons... but this specific store really has good food and beverages. All the food was fresh and delicious. I really believe the staff makes the difference! They were all very kind and efficient. Congrats!

Worst experience I’ve had at a tim hortons by far. First the drive thru guy was arguing and being rude saying a sandwich doesn’t exist that is right in front of me on the board. Then the lady at the window shoved the bag in my hand while saying something under her breath AND to top it off all 3 food items I ordered were wrong. 0/10 that big reno was a waste when your staff is incompetent
