Mai is literally my best friend. She not only repairs and alters my clothing, she makes brand new pieces for me from scratch. I have been going to her for over 10 years now and can honestly say she is best in the business. Her and her husband are the most authentic and beautiful humans I have ever met and it’s a bonus that they are so good at what they do. I will be sharing some pictures of pieces Mai has made for me as well as some before and after of the alterations.

Mai is a really nice, friendly and approachable lady. The service received was excellent. My dress got really dirty at the bottom but they cleaned it twice to get it all out. I could not have asked for a better service. It was my first time using their services but it won't be my last. Highly recommend this place!

The team is sincere, and they tell you if the stain will go 100% or not.My moose knuckles white shirt got stained, and I tried to clean it with bleach, which worsened.I took it to red hat cleaners, and the lady told me with honesty she would try to remove the stain, but the color would go away; she could not guarantee and asked me if I still wanted to try. I took a chance and gave it to her.My heart was dancing when I saw the result, no stains and it looked like a brand new shirt, such as I bought from the store. Thank you for the excellent service.

Mei is incredibly talented, humble and one of the sweetest people I’ve met! Her work is impeccable and she will make your clothing fit you like a glove! She did so much work on my bridal outfits, including completely recutting a blouse and sewing it to fit and flatter me. She also shortened the lengths of my clothes and it all came out flawless!She’s knowledgeable about her craft and you can trust her to be honest and fair. Her work is worth every penny, she’s fast and very very good at what she does! She helped us out so much for my wedding and we ended up sending the entire family to get alterations done from her. She is very skilled and able to do alterations for Indian and western gowns and clothing. We wont be going to anyone else for alterations from now on, she and her family are just lovely and her work speaks for itself!

Was recommended to come here from a friend and I was not disappointed! I needed 2 of my Indian outfits altered for my sisters wedding and Mai was able to alter it to my size perfectly! My lengha bottom was too big from the waist and I wanted the extra fabric removed, Mai was able to make it look seamless! As well as a top for an Indian suit! She made sure the top still flowed and fit to my waist! Her time around time was quick, had it ready before the date we picked! Highly recommend and would come back! Thank you!

Mai is a terrific seamstress. I’ve been taking my pants, jackets, etc. to her for the past 8 years and I’ve yet to have any complaints.I don’t think I would ever switch to another seamstress.

We brought two separate outfits for Mai to do alterations on. One was an evening dress and the other was a Punjabi lehenga. She did an absolutely amazing job on both of them. We were extremely impressed with the Indian outfit as it didn’t initially fit when we bought it and Mai fully opened up each panel to gain extra inches. She did an amazing job and we will be bringing all our future alterations to her.

Mai is an excellent seamstress / tailor. She's very trustworthy and does great, timely work. I took a one-size expensive Abaya to her that was way too big for my small frame. She made great recommendations for fitting it right. She kept the original design and tailored it to fit me perfectly. She also made the waist optionally adjustable from the inside. I'm ready for Ramadan now!☺️

Mai took such great care of me. I trusted her with my wedding dress alterations and she did amazing. She was affordable, kind and helpful. She did exactly what I wanted and finished it so fast!! I would trust her with anything alterations/cleaning related! Anytime I would come in shop it was always busy with happy customers. So glad I decided to trust her and go with red hat cleaners.
