Not good. They don't use a toaster or pita warmer. The pita will often fall apart while you are eating it. Employees are nice, but management obviously doesn't care about quality of food. Too bad because I would go here a lot if it was better.

Yes, but the folks who work at the Moose Jaw pita pit are seriously cool and awesome and nice and sweet and they make this pita pit stand out amongst the others.If you are reading this and you are an owner of pita pit, give these people a raise and an award. They’re making you look good.

It's hard being plant based...I have very limited options. Pita pit is fantastic and has the best vegan options. The black bean is a life saver.This Pita Pit in particular has some of the friendliest staff I have ever seen. Great business and great food! My number one choice in Moosejaw.

Normally this location is amazing, but tonight we had a terrible experience! The place was very busy when we arrived, which is fine, I don’t mind waiting. They had two employees working and only one was actually making pitas while the other just stood there. They did not acknowledge us or let us know that they would be with us shortly. They could have been training, as only one colleague was working while the other watched. But they should have smiled, acknowledged us, explained they would be with us shortly? But they did none of those things. After waiting approximately 20 minutes with no acknowledgement from the staff, we ordered. The staff was very unfriendly tonight which is highly unusual! The Pitas were made poorly, either too much or too little of everything. Had to ask for more vegetables multiple times and she looked annoyed when I would do so . When my partner asked for ‘just a tiny bit of sauce’ she overloaded his pita with both sauces! Even the way they wrapped the pita up was terrible. Folding the edges in and then rolling it into a large ball! I rarely leave reviews, even when I am unsatisfied. The service tonight was just awful and a highly unusual experience at this location. We have been going here for years and the customer service, the quality, and the environment is always outstanding. The employees tonight were miserable and seemed annoyed that they had to be there. If I saw that employee working again, I would turn around and walk out it was that bad! Sorry Pita Pit, terrible experience tonight! Do better!!! We even tipped when we paid using the debit machine prior to our food being made!! Would NOT have tipped if I knew how bad it was beforehand.

This pita pit location is awesome ….. the food is delicious and mouthwatering and the special thing is employees who work there were mind blowing who serves fast and welcome very well and the owner who always well behaved with all.
