Great place to work

Working here (Currently) has its up and down sides depending on the days.Monthly plant wide meetings are a cool thing to allow production workers to get awareness of what the company has in store and give information that should better us but sometimes doesn’t mean it’s a good thing.The work is about 50/50 (light/easy-heavy/hard) so I would be highly cautious of working here cause sometimes your on easy jobs more or difficult jobs but the pay keeps myself coming back for more.The health and safety needs to improve rather than point the fingers in its employees if they get hurt all the time for that roughly 75% of the issues happen at the workers job and the 25% are due to self conflicted injuries.The company does give out recognition by doing various events and giving nice gifts every so often.Unfortunately you start off as a temporary part time but with hard work and a good attitude and attendance you are somewhat lucky to get hired full time then gotta start the probation period of 90 days.All in all I am glad to be here cause I know that out there there are more jobs that treat their employees like trash like I’ve worked before so I’ll be here for a while and it being close to homes a major plus

In and unloaded and out very quick. Nice folks.

Poor experience, from management and union rep. I left a good job for the prospect of working closer to home. I worked every bit of overtime available but was still let go 2 weeks before getting into union without provocation.This company hires people when busy just to fire in a few months when there slow. Don't expect long term there.

Decent people to deal with , unload / load pretty quick but WAY to much stuff in there. Very tight to maneuver or even drive through with a bunk truck. Just enough room for day cabs and short wheel base truck.Shipping / receiving hours for the south docks is 07:30-15:00. Didn’t look at the west docks , can only assume it’s the same.
