Unnecessary yapping on their phone menu. Time consuming. Unprecise instructions on how to get a call back. Hard to reach an agent.

BCAA phone service royally sucks. For years. Terrible given they are SERVICE providers . BCAA knows it - doesn't zero to acknowledge the lack workability with it.The PEOPLE however- the LIVE ones - are phenomenal. Professional. Friendly. Every time. Broadmead location especially.

We had great service from Brendan ( or Brandon?). He was outstanding with his customer service. He explained everything perfectly and was respectful of our time ( he was very efficient). Thanks!

Sue really knows what shes talking about and we highly recommend her. She helped us get insurance and she asked us all the right questions and there were things that we didn't even know about that she mentioned that was so helpful.And she was amazing with our toddler, and just so easy going and nice. Which is nice to see.

We have used BCAA home and car insurance for a number of years. Recently we went to their offices at the Hillside Mall to get insurance for our new home and were disappointed with the services. There was a lineup of people waiting. The receptionist told us we would have to wait about ninety minutes to speak to an agent, but if we would like to go away, she would text us when our turn came. When we got her text message, we returned immediately, but to our surprise and dismay, the receptionist allowed a couple who had just walked in, half an hour late for their appointment, to get in ahead of us. When we asked her why, she was rude and confrontational. Even though we were on time for our appointment, we had to wait for another half hour. I suppose she was having a bad day, and I understand that BCAA is short staffed, but this is a poor way to deal with long time clients. We will continue to use BCAA but we won’t go back to their Hillside office.

Always great service. Prompt and professional..answered all our questions re insurance..even had a few laughs. As a result we are loyal BCAA members.

Horrible service. Over an hour on the phone and nothing so I went to the location. 25 mins of sitting waiting and then they tell me they are taking the appointments first. Well why didn't you tell me that when I got there. Don't know why I have a membership you get no better pricing then any other insurance agency. I won't be renewing my membership.

We had the best service today at BCAA.We had a lady named Ali assist us and she was very wonderful and assisted us even past her working hours.They are all amazing in this office.We were first time car buyers in Canada and we do not know much about the transfer process.Ali was very patient and calm in explaining to us everything.Great experience!!

Always a friendly place to deal with insurance matters. Very personable.
