A+ service. Our dog is as excited to go visit his friends at VIP as he is to come home again. They have taken great care of all our dogs through the years and been a great support through several transitions of life stages.

I took my dog here and when I picked him, he cowered in the corner of the kennel as Geri opened the door. He was so happy to get in our car. I went to McDonald's the next day and his friend noticed his nose was scraped. I took a closer look and sure enough it was cut on top of his nose. I didn't notice right away at the kennel picking him up because he's all black. My dog hasn't been himself since leaving V.I.P kennels. I will not be taking him there again. No dog should be injured left at a kennel. He now has scars on his nose. His nose is ruined.

Vip kennels is always so great with my dog. He has been there twice and is still just a puppy. He got very excited and happy when we pulled into the lot the second time and ran right to the owner who was excited to see him. She accommodated us very last minute and is always super sweet with the dogs. She doesn’t hide anything from customers and I am always welcome to come back into the kennels with her when she puts my dog into his kennel.

My dog has separation anxiety. I've tried 3 different kennels. He has now been to this kennel 3 times, once for 11 days. For the first time he doesn't have anxiety about going to the kennel. He likes it there. The staff person is also wonderful. I got storm stayed for 2 days and they didn't charge extra. It was much appreciated as I already was upstairs for leaving him so long.

Geri is a skilled dog handler. Kennel is setup for inside and outdoor activities for dogs. Rousey was very relaxed and calm with Geri.

VIP Kennels is great! Ger is great with the dogs and has a set up that accommodates all kinds of dogs. One of my favourite things is how safe the dogs play time is. The yard where the dogs get to play and see other dogs only have one dog in it at a time, with other dogs in thier own sections next to it. The dogs can greet each other and sniff each other through the fences without the risk of an accident happening or a bad reaction resulting in injury.

The area where the dogs stayed smelled as though it wasn't cleaned in years. The cages were barely large enough for my dogs bed. There were half a dozen other dogs there barking loudly and the owner simply screamed back at them threateningly. I did not leave my dog there nor would I advise anyone who cared about there dog to do so either.

We love VIP Kennels, and won't be taking our dog anywhere else! Geri is so friendly, and so incredibly flexible! We used VIP Kennels for the first time a couple weeks ago, and ended up wanting to stay for another night, and we were able to leave our dog for another night with last minute notice! Definitely suggest VIP Kennels for everyone with any size of dog, they will be in great hands!
