The staff is super friendly and helpful , love their new arrivals and that theirs always 70% off tack at the back .

Staff is never helpful. Always stands at the front of the store literally YELLING like children, don’t ask how customers are doing, you need to walk all the way to the front and bother them for a change room. Also was lied to by an employee which they told me if I ordered online and came to return if they didn’t fit you could get your money back (like a normal store right) nope go in today and refuse to give me my money back. It had to go onto a gift card. Like why would I want a gift card for a store where none of the clothes fit, the staff is in my opinion useless, and where the employees are dishonest. Definitely will not be returning ever again.

A young lady working there was coughing a lot and should not have been there, and the only thing that was said was it's cold season". I'm assuming she was the manager...how could someone that stupid MANAGE? We are still in a pandemic and cases are going back up. I will never go back to this location as long as that woman is there."

My girl and the wife love to go there and that is good enough for me.

Always hesitant to leave reviews like this. Every time I go in to this Ardene's, the store is constantly a mess, disorganized and boxes of clothes everywhere. The customers aren't greeted and it's hard to find staff to help. I'm not sure if the store is understaffed or the manager just doesn't care about the store but it certainly feels like one or both of those reasons.
