Music Shed

When I first decided to take the plunge and look for a guitar teacher to help me reach the next level, I wanted something different from the normal music shops. The Music Shed provided the individualized lesson plans and continuous motivation that helped me become a better player than I thought was possible. The exposure to different styles, artists and techniques has kept my motivation high and my mind open.

Wes is an extremely knowledgeable and professional teacher that caters his style to best suit the students needs. I've been taking lessons from him for over two years now and I still take away a great deal from every lesson. Our son (who has high funtioning Autism and severe anxiety) is currently taking electric guitar lessons with Wes. We couldn't be happier! Our son is capable but takes longer to catch on and Wes shows extreme patience with him and makes sure our son understands each concept before moving on. Wes also has the ability to correct things in such a way that our son doesn't lose confidence - not an easy thing to do. I would recommend Wes to anyone looking for music lessons. He loves what he does and he's amazing at teaching others. It's been awesome watching our kid gain confidence and become better at something he loves.

I was in need of a bridge repair for a crack on my Taylor 312ce. Contacted Wesley and he arranged for his guitar tech to view first hand the issue and come up with a suitable solution. He was able to repair the crack without replacing the original bridge at a very resonable cost. The bridge looks brand new now with no hint of there ever being a crack. A big thank you to Wesley and his talented guitar tech for all they did for me. I'm very pleased with the outcome.Murray Boyer
