Having already received orthodontic treatment as a youngster, I walked into Dr. Agapas' office with certain expectations, all of which were easily surpassed. If you are looking for a quality Orthodontist, who is genuine, charismatic and meticulous, look no further; this is your guy. The service provided by his staff is the definition of quality: professional, knowledgeable and accommodating.Overall, the performance of his practice as a whole is excellent, and I have no doubt in my mind that it exceeds industry standards. Lastly, if you are a member of the Canadian Forces, consider Dr. Agapas' as your treatment provider. As a veteran of CF dental services, he not only understands the inner workings of dental units, but also the obligations of CF members. His team worked diligently to accommodate my compressed schedule and made the transition to my new posting very smooth. I encourage everyone to check it out, you won't be disappointed!

I am extremely grateful to Dr. Agapas and his staff for their dedication, knowledge, kindness and respectful work environment. My daughter had orthodontic work done a few years ago. Every visit was greeted with smiles and genuine interest in both her teeth and her. She is still adamant on keeping up with her retainer wear. When our youngest was assessed recently, I was blown away that Dr. Agapas gave my son the gift of no orthodontic work. To clearly see what is needed for every mouth and person that walks through their doors, this dedication to his craft is a gift to the Kingston Community. I highly recommend.

I was referred to Dr Agapas by a friend when I was researching Kingston area Orthodontists for adult braces. I'm very glad I took her advice. My braces were removed yesterday and the results were better than I'd hoped for. Dr Agapas and his team were always pleasant and professional to deal with and were very accommodating to my schedule when booking appointments.They were patient explaining the financial component and included me in all aspects of my treatment. I never waited in the waiting room for more than 3 minutes,( although I wouldn't have minded as Robin at reception is a pleasure to talk with) and my braces were actually removed a couple weeks prior to his initial target date. I must say I was apprehensive about acquiring braces in my mid 40's but I'm so glad I did. The entire staff made the process actually enjoyable.

A few years ago in 2018 I had my teeth fixed here, the staff and Dr.Agapas were great during the course of my treatment I enjoyed the atmosphere and the team. However nearing the end of treatment I wanted my braces off for an event and had high hopes that they could be removed. Dr.Agapas agreed and had removed them with a very noticeable gap between my eyetooth and the one next to it. I had mentioned it but I was younger and just so anxious that I did not say anything else about it after the few comments I made. I wish that as a professional he would advised me after seeing the gap that I needed to have them on longer because my treatment was not completed but he had let me walk out of there and had done my impressions, ended treatment with a very noticeable gap that could have been fixed if treatment would have continued. I had my now former dentist Dr.Gillis within 2 weeks fix the gap by building up my tooth. Years later I have just realized how much of a mistake this was. I acknowledge as customer I should have expressed my thoughts or communicated again for them to continue treatment longer unfortunately I just couldn’t bring myself to it. As A professional with A noticeable Gap Dr.Agapas should not have let me walk out of there without my treatment being completed - If I try wearing the retainer that he gave me it forces my teeth to gap there, so I had to pay to have new Invisalign retainer after. I would email them or contact them but its been years and I’m not sure what we could even do about it now. My teeth were immaculate after treatment besides that one gap, they were stunning.

I was somebody who had already had braces, but was never happy with the results. I was nervous to take the leap and have them again- but Dr. Agapas and his staff made it completely worth it!As a young adult, I was worried about the esthetics of having braces. However, I was able to get clear braces which you could hardly notice with Dr. Agapas! Additionally, I felt comfortable and confident in Dr. Agapas's care because he does not rush the process- and ensures that you have perfect, or as close to perfect, as possible!Even better, compared to other othrodonists, Dr. Agapas provides a clear retainer that is almost like an Invisalign tray- you can't even see it! The retainer is molded to your teeth so it holds your teeth in the position they were in when you got your braces off. Where as traditional retainers would still have more movement.I am finally thrilled with the results and have a smile that I am proud of! I can't stop smiling. :)

Dr Agapas and his staff are so kind and welcoming. From Karen at the front desk to Robin who is so great at the financial aspect of the process to Dr Agapas himself who I can tell loves what he does and takes the time to answer my questions. The office and his practice I feel is up to date with current pratices in orthodontic care. My daughters teeth look so good and we have our son now with Dr Agapas for his braces.

The service we have been provided over the years has been nothing but amazing. I had a child who refused to smile. She has been braces free for 2 months and can't stop smiling. She has received many compliments on her teeth and how wonderful they look. We're so pleased, I carry business cards in my wallet for that moment when asked where and who did the work. We're just counting down the days until my son is braces free, can't wait to see his results. Thank you so much,!! The whole staff is AMAZING. We're going to miss our regular visits!

Amazing Orthodontist. They are very nice and answered every question I had. I have had braces twice now from Dr. Agapas (my fault for needing them the 2nd time; I didn't wear my night retainer).. & both times the work was nothing but perfect. The people there are very kind and accommodating. They worked around my work schedule perfectly for scheduled visits. I was kind of sad when my treatment was complete today because I enjoyed going for a visit lol. They really made you feel comfortable there. I wouldn't recommend anybody else if you or your child needs braces. You won't be disappointed. Very professional! Thanks again.
