Motel les Pignons Verts

I work a lot out of town and seen a lot of different motels/hotels and this one tops it off. This is not a motel, this is a dump. Save yourself the money and find yourself a better place. I wouldn’t even make my dog sleep in a place like this. There’s hairs in the bed sheets, stains on the sheets, hairs in the bathroom towels and the beds are box springs and are as hard as the floor. The wifi dosnt work and the tv is as pathetic as the name of the motel. You have one microwave for the whole motel and it’s disgusting, never been clean and it’s horrendous. The staff don’t help you with anything and all the amenities aren’t in service becuase they keep blaming the pandemic. There’s a train that passes and wakes you up in the middle of the night and the shower is not normal, the hot water burns you and it’s just a terrible experience. You literally need a spa day after staying at this motel since your back will be broken!! The scariest part is worrying about bed bugs since this place is literally a dump!! Worst experience in my life and trust me when I say I’ve been all around Quebec . Do yourself a favor and find a better motel. Best of luck!!

I enjoyed the overall experience very much. The rooms are comfortable and well apportioned. One weird foible was that they did not provide body wash (only providing shampoo), but I still liked the room.

We stayed here twice in as many days when the power went out from the storm. It is clean and well priced and very welcoming. Definitely will recommend it to visitors and will stay here again if and when the need arises.

Large older rooms no bugs pet friendly options linen was clean

This is a very quaint motel. Rooms are clean and very nice. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating.If you are wanting to be closer to the Ottawa/Gatineau city centre area then this might not be for you. It's about 35kms away.Other than that, I recommend this motel highly.

Good prices.The suite room was nice and clean had a whirlpool tub, bed was comfy.All rooms have patio doors .We loved it.

Small motel, well managed. Clean rooms with wooden floors (a plus in my opinion). Overall an honest and well-run business.

What a horrible motel! This place is a real dump. The beds are dirty and hard like a rock, there is full of hair all over the pillows and bath towels, for gods sake there’s more hair in this dump than at the zoo. The shower randomly shoots boiling hot water while your showering and scolds your skin, I almost left here on a stretcher after that happened. The toilet has no pressure, the walls are all stained and dirty, there is no access to the kitchen because apparently we’re are still in a pandemic, the wifi signal DOES NOT work whatsoever, it sounds like there are mice in the ceiling, there is access to one microwave on the whole floor and it was super dirty and crusted! Wow, what a dump this place, would never come here again, not even my dog would sleep here! I would rather sleep in a puddle of water across the parking lot!! Also the train passes through out the day, horns blazing! I wouldNot recommend this place to anyone! No wonder the nameIs pigeons vert, this dump is really for the birds!

Tried to book a room but couldn’t understand because of a language barrier, got yelled at and hung up on… Then they hung up immediately when we got our french speaking friend to try.
