Van Houtte Coffee Services

This is by far the worst company to deal with. My office has been with Van Houtte for over 15 years. This past year has been disappointing. We've contacted them every two weeks to ask for service for our Water filtration System and they always give us some weird reason of how it cant be fixed and neve show up for the service. Then just last week they told us that the unit was old and it needed to be replace. To replace the machine my office would need to spend over $250.00 on their products per month. We ended cancelling just cause of their bad service and overpriced products. Surprisingly they came quicker to pick up their machines. Faster than they do service on them. Will definitely not recommend this company. There are more companies out there.

I ordered a keurig Supreme on Feb 11 after 9 calls and requests to speak with a supervisor which I was told would call me back within 24-48 hours did not happen. My order has still not shipped although it said it would ship on Feb 11 and no one can tell me when it's going to ship.

I refuse to drink any other coffee! Sooo good!

Don’t buy a commercial Keurig, I bought one and these people are supposed to support it. All I got was a run around, the girl was very rude and refused to let me talk to anybody new else, including her supervisor. She gave me a fake number to call, told me not to call her again for support and hung up the phone. Very rude. Save yourself hundreds of $$$.
