Martin Industries

5 years ago Martin Industries replaced all the windows and a door on our Westmount home built in 1907. We love the quality of the products and the installation has held up well. The new windows dramatically improved the energy efficiency of the home, and window cleaning is now a pleasure!

I compared between different window companies, and this one seemed to be the best company here in Montreal: high-quality windows, excellent competitive prices, did what they promised from A to Z, worked into details and very particular well organized. They were always on time, prepared everything meticulously, to minimize dust and worked the whole day without disturbing me. The people, who worked for Martin Industrie, are good people, who respect the customer and are proud to do an outstanding job. The result is perfect and makes a significant change to a home! We changed 16 windows and one door in 4 days! Thank you very much Martin Industries for your windows and your quality. I will always recommend you. We're delighted with the result.

Professional service! Was straight up and honest with me in regards to price and delays from day 1. Instillation went well with no issues. Highly recommend this business.

We replaced all the windows in our home with Martin Windows, close to 100 in total. It was a disaster. Pure incompetence and indifference reigned. Many of the windows arrived the wrong size. It has taken over two years and the project is still not complete. Their follow-up is awful. Once they have your money, they could care less. If I could go back in time, I’d use a different company. I strongly suggest you work with a different window supplier unless you enjoy spending your days chasing people.

I just wanted to leave a comment that these guys do a fantastic job. The team that does the installation work are wonderful – they are always on time, leave the worksite in great condition, are friendly and respectful of us and our neighbours (and are always in a good mood). The products are high quality and the installation is carefully done and finished. We are extremely happy with Martin Industries' services and products. Highly recommended.

Contacted this company in March 2022 initially got a quick response, but then never heard back from them even though I emailed Eric several times, wasted precious time with them and delayed my project! Very unprofessional, should have at least gotten back to me and told me they were not interested in doing the job!! Would like to say that someone did get back to me after seeing this post, and tried to resolve the issue.
