The most unfriendly shopkeeper i have ever encountered. I have been here several times and have had dozens of keys cut, but every time I go in the woman at the counter acts like I’ve ruined her day by entering the store. The first couple of visits I gave her the benefit of the doubt, but she is just an unfriendly person. I will take my business elsewhere and will never go back.

I had a very old, very odd key that I needed to copy. Went to two places before Safe Guard who couldn’t duplicate it. Within 5 minutes at Safe Guard the key was made and I was on my way. Very knowledgeable and really pleasant service.

I had a problem with the lock on my office's plate glass door and I called them with the idea that they would need to send a technician, but after a quick description of the problem the technician was able to help me fix the issue myself. I offered to pay but because they were able to help me out so quickly they told me not to worry. I will definitely call them in the future if I have any real lock problems. Great service particularly just before the weekend. five stars!

Quick customer service and staff was friendly to offer refund if key cut didn't work properly. At the time of visit, their key cutting price was cheaper than both Home Depot and Canadian Tire.

Recently moved to the neighbourhood. Looking for advice and suggestions. Interested in spending money. They wouldn’t help, offer advice or steer me in any direction at all. Made it seem like I was bothering them. Top 5 most horrible customer service I have experienced. And I work in the trade industry. I have some knowledge. Just wanted some help and information. Brutal to be honest. I would not suggest anyone ever go here.

One star because the workers threw something metal out of the truck window and vandalized/damaged my car, because they were unhappy with my parking . I have it on camera on my Tesla. I plan on suing. You would think a security company would have more respect for peoples safety and the law. There’s other locksmiths I wouldn’t trust these guys even if I was locked out.or if you’d like you can trust their fake reviews from the multiple “bobs” who have never reviewed anything on google lol choice is yours!
