Trademark Workwear

We recently just purchased some coveralls from Trademark and had them embroidered by Trevor and his team there as well. They turned out better than expected! If you're looking for a quality product, and service with attention to detail - do not look any further - contact Trevor. Keep up the good work Trademark - we'll be using them for our promotional materials as well!!

My initial thoughts were they were an average business, however. I was specifically told 1 month by the sales person who helped me out, it has now been 6 weeks, so I called to ask for status of my order (very politely and purely out of curiosity to see if I should pick it up). The lady who answered was EXTREMELY RUDE. She talked down to me and belittled me and treated me like I was stupid, then told me to stop wasting time and to wait until they called. I proceeded to tell her (very respectfully) that she should make it clear to communicate to future clients when uniforms would be ready. She litterally hung up on me mid sentence, slamming the receiver.She did not tell me her name and I did not tell her mine. I have NEVER been talked to so rudely over the phone, and if these are the kind of people that represent the business I will NEVER go back there under any circumstance and recommend that no one else deal with this. After spending $1200 in a store as a customer I did not feel respected as a person at all. I will recommend the same to all my colleagues, and peers as well.

Jenn was awesome, she helped my grandpa pick out all the safety gear he needed. She was super knowledgable on everything we needed and helped my grandpa pick out the right gear, as well as a great sweater and a sweater jacket for myself, all for a total steal. We're very happy with our experience and will be back again.

The owners of this business are professional individuals, with their customer's best interest at heart. These two are hardworking parents, and rely on this business as their main source of income. If you are discouraged by the rating, please take a moment to view the previous written reviews, and you will see that it is harassment and in my opinion, defamation of character.

My experience in working with Trademark professionally, is A1. Their operation is professional, timely, and helpful. They usually have access to a number of different vendors that can supply you with what you need. I would recommend them to any business or professional.

Trademark has always provided excellent customer service and keeps communication open with frequent updates on unforeseen delays and issues. The staff is highly knowledgeable and will do their best to rectify any situation. I highly recommend Trademark for workwear, uniform or promotional needs!!

Great store with all the safety clothing you could ever want

I fell in love w/ this place in 2009. It is a one stop shop for all of your PPE/uniform/tactical/workwear needs. Working here is a problem for our closets. Ahaha :)

Went to Trademark Workwear to get my SAIT uniform all sized and ordered up. I was helped by Shawny and Jesse. Shawny helped me out with all the sizing and fitting. She was super nice and respectful, and made sure that all my sizes were perfect. She made the entire process very comfortable for me and ensured that everything was comfy and looked good. They answered any and all questions I had, and ensured that I was getting everything I needed. Shawny and Jesse were very helpful and professional. I am very happy with how everything turned out and with the service I received. I highly recommend checking these guys out!!!
