The ladies at Bogarts Aberdeen helped me get my ring cleaned and rhodium dipped really quickly! They were friendly and really helpful, and clearly had a lot of knowledge about engagement rings. Though I didn’t purchase my ring here, I will be returning for all my maintenance. Highly recommend!

I received help online with John @ bogarts who told me about the Newfoundland pendants and that a stone can be added on the pendant in the location of your birth. When we asked, he showed us a picture of the pendant with the stone and we were sold! It’s beautiful!My sister and I thought this was an awesome idea and we wanted one right away. We didn’t want just any stone but our birthstone was most fitting. Thank you to John and the bogarts team for the wonderful pendants! We are so pleased! A great come home year pendant! ❤️

AJ helped us pick out my engagement ring. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. He did not pressure us to spend outside of our budget, and really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I would highly highly recommend him to anyone looking for an engagement ring - we will definitely be going back for our wedding bands!

I love this store not only for their jewellery but for the excellent customer service I always receive. The girls there are fantastic! I want to say a huge Thank You to Nelson! I was in from out of town last week and even though he was incredibly busy he managed to repair a chain for me before I headed back. He did an amazing job! Just wanted to send in a few words about your wonderful sales associate, Joanne, who helped myself and my fiancée (Allyson) formulate a preference in wedding bands a few days ago. This was not our first encounter with her, however. Last August, before we got engaged, we visited Bogart’s together so that I could get a sense of Allyson’s tastes. Joanne assisted us then, too, and she was extraordinary. Her sole concern during the entire interaction was to make Allyson feel comfortable enough to find a ring that would feel right, and they had instant chemistry. She was endlessly patient, though this proved to hardly be necessary - Joanne’s eye is so sharp that she picked the ring that ended up being the winner on the first try. From this first stunner, Joanne presented several other rings that she sensed would be to Allyson’s tastes. All were well chosen, providing an entirely fair comparison, enough so that when Allyson slipped back on the first we all knew it was the “one”. One of my most vivid memories from my engagement was looking back over my shoulder at Joanne to secretly give an excited nod that I’d be coming back, and her warm, laughing grin in response. We did not visit any other jewelry store. This was not just because of our satisfaction with the ring selection at Bogart’s, but because our experience with Joanne was so overwhelmingly positive that we knew we wanted that to be part of our story.Fast forward a year, and now we’re shopping for wedding bands! Neither of us could forget Joanne, and we once again stopped by only one store: Bogart’s on Aberdeen. Joanne has lost none of her enthusiasm, big heart, or patience. We were even more struck on this visit by her exceptional skill in reading our preferences, which we ourselves were only just forming. Joanne selected rings with astonishing accuracy, based entirely on an inference of our personalities and tastes. I am a particularly hopeless case, and entered genuinely believing that I would have been equally happy with any ring. Yet Joanne helped me to see that in fact I did have a preference. In any event, while we are still a year away from our wedding and so did not purchase a ring that day, we left with the certainty that we will be purchasing from Bogart’s - for no other reason than that to work with Joanne is a true joy.

Hi I contacted Bogarts in May looking for a customized wedding ring for my fiance. I wanted the Superman logo on the ring with our wedding date engraved on the inside. It was so quick, I just picked up my order and WOW! It's so awesome, he is going to love it! Awesome experience, great customer service and I'm still in awe over how amazing his ring turned out.
