I purchase all my natural hair products from SM Beauty Supplies. They are one of the only black owned beauty supplies stores in the west end of the GTA. I think the owner has been in business for over 25 years now and she is very knowledgeable about the black hair market. I prefer spending my hard earned money with a self made black owner over the Asians any day. I recenty bought the Cream Of Nature Argan Oil - Apple Cider Vinegar Clarifying Rinse and there hasnt been a day that someone has stopped me to ask me what I'm using in my hair your hair smells so good!" I needed something with ingredients I can pronounce going into my natural locs to prevent any breakage. I love supporting my own carribbean people. The Customer Service is always caring and on point."

Fabulous selection of products at great prices. You can always find what you need at SM Beauty Supplies. Products are clearly labelled and organized on the shelves, if you can't find it they are willing to order the product in for you. I've had difficulties finding quality products for my natural hair, but at SM beauty I was able to get what I needed at a reasonable price.Client service is professional and honest. If you are unsure of how to treat or maintain a style, the representatives know exactly how to help you. I appreciate their knowledgeable hair advice about current hair trends.

I have naturally curly hair and it is difficult to fine products that are formulated with quality ingredients that will not make my hair dry. I came across this store SM Beauty Supplies which has a number of different brands just for us curly hair girls. I don't have to purchase my favorite products on-line and have to wait for them to arrive in the mail anymore. Prices are reasonable.

I've personally never had any issues with customer service while shopping here. I love buying wigs from here, I find their prices to be good as well. The employee that helped me out today was amazing! I am so in love with the wig she recommended. I will always support this black owned business <3

I have been there a few times and it's been some of the worst customer service I've ever had. The woman who works there is not friendly or very helpful and the prices are a bit steep. On what will definitely be my last trip, after she handed me what I needed from behind the counter she just walked away. She didn't say a single word to me and disappeared into the back room. I had to ask an older man who'd been sitting behind the cash (and also hadn't regarded my presence) to ring me through. It seemed that I was bothering both of them with my business and so I'll be taking it elsewhere from now on.

sm beauty supplies in westwood mall on goreway is just like any other beauty supply store in terms of the products and brands they carry. but nothing sets them apart from other stores. i believe that they do not have alot of variety of color and style when it comes to the hair, human&synthetic.i do not like sm beauty supplies because the service is terrible. this lady , the owner, has a teribble attitude, very bitchy and acts like she doesnt want to help people. ive had alot of friends of mine complain about her attitude . she has this im better than you

The young lady that was working in the store was very nice.She greeted me as I entered, and politely asked me if I needed any help.She was very pleasant, and certainly a huge asset to the store.

Sm Beauty Supplies is a store that sell all the essential products for every hair type. i love going to this store because it has everything I need. you see I often change the style of my hair because i like to have something different and i'm constantly changing my mind. This store caries a variety of hair that i can choose from in all different styles and colour. Also because I change my hair so often you can image it gets damaged as well, they have so many products to help treat my hair and just in general a large variety. They even have a great selection for people with natural and curly hair. The service is pleasant especially that the people there know what their talking about and can help you with your hair care needs. It is DEFINITELY a place to check out and give a try.
