It's been a very long time since I was trained at the Panther Gym (close to 30 years) but its encouraging to see it's still doing what it does best, offering high quality self-defense training in a low key, accessible environment. I trained with Daryl Duke the original owner and earned my black belt as well as learning kick-boxing and boxing. I have a lot of fond memories of my many years at the Panther Gym and hope it continues to enrich the self-defense skills of Edmontonians for decades to come!

I attend their kickboxing class twice a week, and I love it. The owners are really passionate and kind. The instructors that teach the classes are awesome, I like attending both classes because I learn a variety of moves. It's definitely a great workout, and everyone at the gym is really supportive, and helpful. I really appreciate that being new to kickboxing.

Hands down the best boxing gym in the city. The trainers are phenomenal, the owners are amazing with wonderful customer service. There’s a great sense of boxing community too — whether you’re new to boxing or a regular. Panther gym put me in the best shape of my life! 5 stars!

Panther Gym
I went to try out my first kickboxing class in over 3 years of not exercising. Even though I'm pretty out of shape now, the people at the gym made me feel welcome and worked with me so I could learn the beginner moves. The other people in the gym were friendly and super helpful which was a relief because some gyms are intimidating to walk in to. Will definitely be coming here regularly!

The best fight gym In Edmonton. They have all the right equipment, great instructors and most importantly the best atmosphere. If you don't want to take classes you can go and train on any of the equipment anytime. Staff are friendly and courteous and Benny is always available either in person or via cell phone.I wish they would open a gym in Vancouver.

Easily the best boxing gym in Edmonton! If you want high quality coaching or classes, Panther’s gym is where you want to train.Benny and Cyndie are fantastic owners, and will do everything possible to accommodate you in their gym. Highly recommended, 5/5 stars.

I tried boxing for the first time in my life here and I absolutely loved the experience. The owner is so nice and passionate about the sport that it motivates you to do your best. All staff is super friendly and attentive to safety. What a workout!
