An absolute must try when travelling between Montreal and Quebec city! All the cheeses we bought were exceptionally delicious, high quality.By the way, the unpasteurized honey sold there too is another healthy delicacy!

I LOVE this cheese and I have made it a point to stop here each time I visit Quebec. The cheese curds are phenomenal! When you walk in, you can walk behind the display wall and see the cheese makers in action. Please stop here even if it is out of the way.Also stop in at the small grocery store/gas station/farm store next to the cheese factory. It has some good local honey and other locally sourced items.Enjoy!
