Decent shopping experience, however, NO I don't always want to wait in your store, specially since there is no seating. Stop attempting to force people to look around! That is rude. The racks of clothes are ALWAYS packed so tight, it's brutal sifting through them. I love how I am able to consign all my old wear though. The amount they pay has gone down though for the amount they take.

Doesn't seem like the employees care. Store is a mess, prices are higher than other once upon a child stores. They try to sell deals of 10 for 10 when it's all a dollar each anyways. Place is a tripping hazard, and 50% isn't lightly worn its stained and falling apart. Do better Cambridge.

I went there today twice to sell my baby gear and was treated extremely well. I also bought a few things while I waited as they had an amazing sale on outerwear on. It was really nice to see that some places still have good customer service.

Terrible customer service . Will evaluate all your items . Bring the small items to the front till to cash you out and keep the large items to the side , not mentioning that the large items are included in the few dollars they are giving you . When you notice these items are missing and head back to the store , the staff argue with you that they were included yet didn’t mention it . Will never take anything here ever again.

Pros: this store is huge and has a great selection.They're picky about what they accept for consignment, so items are generally in good condition.They have designated places for specific needs, like dance clothes, soccer cleats, etc.Frequent sales and seasonal clearance help to offset the cost.Cons: Cost. Items here are significantly more expensive than other secondhand stores. Occasionally you'll find an item that was consigned with tags still attached, and their price is higher than the original new cost.Seasonality. They carry no out of season stock in store. If your kid needs a swimsuit in December, you'll need to look elsewhere.

Good local store and staff. This location has become frugal in compensation, probably due to grand over stock. Good place to buy not as much to sell.

Great sales and prices. Friendly and helpful staff. Takes awhile to get appraised clothing and low payout but a good way to get some cash for clothes that would otherwise be donated. Some aisles are blocked with clothes or toys, especially the toy aisle and is difficult to navigate with a stoller, it would be helpful for staff to circulate the store a couple of times an hour to clear aisles.

My family consists of four kids under 5. In emergencies I always find what I am looking for. They a large array of clothing for boys and girls and is great for getting different toys for a fraction of cost. They are very specific when comes to buying items but that makes sense. There prices are reasonable.
