Poor communication

Knight Easton & Associates Ltd is the preferred vendor for Square 1 Insurance.This company took over a month an a half to simply open a claim on a property. Rupert Pong admittedly forgot about it. Then they assigned it to Knight Easton in Kelowna, which resulted in Heidi Hutton being the adjuster assigned. Despite never setting foot in the property, Heidi approved the claim by text, then denied it 38 minutes later while laughing, and sending inappropriate emojis.Client is going to be out about 40k, tenants have been living through a construction zone for 4 months, but at least Heidi Hutton got a laugh out of it! Don't cheap out on Internet Insurers like Square One, or Sonnet. They don't have anyone advocating on your behalf, their goal is to deny your claim. SQ1's only adjuster in Kelowna is Knight Easton who has no problem employing people like Heidi Hutton who take pleasure in denying claims......and even takes it further by rubbing it in!
