Such a dependable place to bring your pet, the staff is friendly and attentive. I always feel my dog is in the best hands.The vets are incredible and though my dog loves people she loves going to see the vets here and letting them love on her with tons of pets. Vets and the techs always answer any question I have and give very realistic advice to me.

The best vet within driving distance of Ottawa.There are a handful of other vets closer to me, but this is the only one that is always reliable, honest, and professional.I have too many horror stories" from other vet clinics in Ottawa who were trying to recommend expensive and unnecessary surgeries

I've been taking both my labs here for years and have always had great, professional and friendly service from the vets, vet techs and staff.One of my dogs is now 12+ years and has had a number of health issues. Dr. Wicks has been so great at taking care of her, and also taking additional time to go through her care with me and making sure he's answered all my questions. You can tell he really cares about your pet's well-being! I drive 30 mins just to go to this clinic and couldn't be happier.

They Called me for my dog's booster shots this morning as they had a cancellation. They were over an hour late for the new appointment scheduled. My dog and i were out in the parking lot and waiting for them. when I called they didn't even pick up the phone. After over an hour i was pretty frustrated. Finally they answered and kinda laughed it off that they had forgotten about me. A tech then came out to grab my dog. Turns out they didn't even read the chart, just a fast skim. The tech didnt realize it was a booster after already giving my dog the shot. She told me how she administrated the shot. I had to keep calm as my animal is to not have shots given in that area. I then had to pay for the shots when I was told at the first visit it was included in my bill. i confronted the tech about it. She was being very rude about it all. I have never experienced this before from them. Needless to say i left very upset and questioning whether i should continue taking my animals here.I shouldn't even put a star here but you have to give something for a rating

Refused to take my animals in because of an unpaid invoice. The unpaid invoice? They forgot to charge me the tax on a spay and neuter surgery for my 2 cats. As far as I’m concerned that’s their mistake not mine. Goes to show they don’t really care about your animals they just care that they get paid.

We went to Carleton Veterinary Services after our dog tore her ACL and we were having difficulty finding out what our options were for her. Dr. Lima and the vet tech (sorry I’m forgetting her name but she has a big boxer!) went above and beyond to take the time to explain everything to us. For a vet to not rush us and answer ALL of two nervous dog owner’s questions was amazing. We would recommend anyone go here. Thank you!

Dr. Lima and his team are outstanding! They gave us hope and helped my Poppy feel like a puppy again. After months of pain due to eye problems, we finally found Carleton Veterinary Clinic and we were welcomed like family right away! Dr. Lima and his team successfully performed entropion surgery to both her eyes and checked in every few days to see how she was recovering. Thank you for being there to help my girl and to answer my many questions. We are truly grateful.
