Ignorant and arrogant are the words that come to mind after visiting here. Told me I'd never find the carpet in stock that I needed and would have to wait weeks. Poor knowledge of the carpet I was after. Drove a few km down to their competition who had amazing service and exactly what I needed in stock. I'll never recommend or return to this poor quality flooring store

I stopped into Carpets + More For Less one night about a month ago to look for some carpet to cover some boxes I built for my Fathers' apartment. There is a step down into the living room and a step up back to the dining room, and a step down into the bedroom from the hall. He has severe mobility issues, and i was looking for something just to cover the wooden decking and make it a smooth transition for his walker. They took the time just before closing to help me find a good off cut matching in color and it worked like a charm. I cannot stress enough, the folks here have hearts of gold and I wouldn't hesitate to suggest stopping in the next time you need flooring. I work in customer service in a retail environment, and I know good customer service....and this place has it!

Excellent experience for both myself and my friends (who I might add are Pakistan and African Americans) so not sure what the above poster is talking about in terms of racist. The service was great. Staff members were courteous, polite and did not try to sell me the most expensive stuff but rather took into account my needs, my budget and what would work best. My friends also had same experience and delivery was on time as they called ahead before delivering. Installer was also very nice and efficient and floor looks fabulous! Going back to get more flooring to finish my basement in fact. Would definitely recommend this place to ANY nationality.

Bought laminate flooring and installation from this company. Dealt with Tracy who was very friendly, knowledgeable and really trusted her. The installer didn’t have a clue what he was doing. Had his wife and children in the house while doing the work. His wife was helping him install the floor. It has been just about 5 years now that I have been fighting with them to fix the floors that were not installed properly. Tracy kept putting me off by saying she had to find the right person to fix them. I guess the only way to deal with this now is to take the company to court. They installed a very good quality flooring on my main floor and I wish I could install the pictures. I really trusted Tracy but now she just ignores my texts. I would stay far away from this company.

Recently purchased and got them to install our flooring at our new place and got them to make our area rug. We were very impressed and completely satisfied with how everything turned out. Tracy the salesperson was great and friendly to work with. Will highly recommend them to anyone looking for new flooring/large rugs

Despite having to wait quite a time in store to be helped. Once I was I was able to receive measurements that night and the following day choose a carpet and have it installed that night.Great work and quick service! However, they could use more staff in store.

Bought with Tracy who is a very knowledgable and friendly person to deal with. She found me the carpet I wanted and provided the high quality underlay at no extra charge. She seems like an honest person who won't rip you off or sell you cheap quality product. I have shopped here many times for different products over the years and they have always offered me a very competitive price. I would highly recommend this be your first stop when looking for flooring.

I was in the store yesterday and received poor service from the get go. First of all I had a shipper act at a sales person (not his fault I guess he was just doing as he's told) while the management in charge sat down eating snacks. The shipper had trouble helping me answering questions I had about carpet pricing, quality etc.When the shipper asked the manager about pricing she was very lazy to point out pricing to us, and was more interested in pawning off enquiries back to this kid shipper to go back to sit down and eat more snacks. The store smells like cigarette smoke, which in turn will make your carpet, if you dare to buy here, to smell like that as well.There is no pricing on the carpet samples anywhere which makes is very tedious to find anything to buy.Please be aware when shopping here as there are many other quality places in Winnipeg to shop at.
