I called to ask where the location is, along with the services -- was hung up on once the receptionist decided that she no longer wanted to answer my questions. I called back and was hung up on again. I believe her name is Saklana. The Ministry of Advanced Education and Skills Development should be made aware of this disappointing customer service.

I wish to compliment Costi on their wonderful service. I was directed to Costi-760 College Street to get assistance with a PR application form for my Mother.I was warmly greeted by the receptionist on the 2nd floor.Biniam Teklesenbet-the General Counsellor was just wonderful.He carefully went over every line to make sure everything was on order.It is not often to see someone so dedicated to helping people.It was a real pleasure being at Costi this morning.Thank you!Elsa Willebrands
